Very good location at Przno, close to beach. Reception extra nice. Very tasty breakfast with local specialities. We enjoyed very much during the stay. We would advice our friends to visit the place

The location is perfect, everything is close, markets, beach, restaurants. Atmosphere and energy are positive. Very comfortable suit, owners thought about every single detail. Super tasty breakfast.

Fabulous and friendly staff. We felt welcomed from hello. They were helpful in answering any question we had and we were checking out at the normal time and they asked us if we needed to leave our bags for the day or wanted to use their facilities after... so sweet. Will be returning. Loved loved the location as well - in this magical little village/town. Good breakfast. Our room had a side view of the water. Great breakfast with choices - Luka makes a great espresso :) and Milica was so lovely. Nice family-run business.

The bed in my room was not really comfortable but maybe it is because I am used to sleeping on hard mattress.

IT is well located next to the best beaches. The staff was helpful and friendly, answering all my questions and approving a late check in as much as it was possible. Thank you for the holiday!

Prepare for visiting beaches other than the closest to the villa.

A hotel-like equipment, quiet place, reserved parking place, welcoming staff, small but lovely swimming pool, tasty breakfast, regular cleaning, new and well upkept facility. Voli shop just around the corner, restaurants nearby.

It’s about 10 minutes drive from town centre where I think exuberant night life is happening. Will need a car or taxi if it’s late at night.

It’s just about 25 minutes walk to Sveti Stefan via the beautiful gardens. Clean non-crowded beaches are just a few minutes walk away. The view from balcony is just stunning! Very happy with the facilities in the room. Value for money? Absolutely!!!

Everything was perfect, I would not change anything.

I usually do not write out reviews, however, this was one of the most amazing hotel experiences I have had in my life, and I travel a lot. Firstly, the hosts are lovely people that are kind, warm and attentive to every detail to make the experience unforgettable. The breakfast was absolutely phenomenal and varied. The lovely hosts took note of our preferences and were very attentive to prepare the food just how we liked it. The beaches are minutes aways (walking) from the villa and the location was amazing. The view from our room was like something out of a painting and you could see the beautiful ocean even when laying on the bed. The rooms were spotless and perfectly cleaned which was great because I am a very picky person and cleanliness is very important to me. Absolutely amazing experience. I cannot wait to come back and recommend to my family and friends.

Everything was great!

Stayed one night out of season. Absolutly fantastic hosts! Great hospitality! Tasty breakfast! Nice clean rooms, very comfotable beds. We were upgraded for a seaview for free. We had a wonderful stay - more then could expect. Highly recomended!

Everything was excellent. Careful and very kind staff. Nice and clean rooms, very comfortable bed, towels were changed daily. Breakfast was good. We will gladly return!

Bad value for money, the pool is a joke, the rooms have paper walls and locked doors between the bedrooms where you can hear every fart of the neighbours. Throwing out guests because of their snoring !
