The potential could be used by better cleaning and small renovation works (rooms, pool, garden) and decluttering the garden, where a lot of unused stuff can be seen in the corners.

Great location in calm surroundings. Super friendly staff in a place showing great potential. Breakfast was very tasty for us.

The only thing that we didn't like was the smell of gasoline/fuel used maybe for heating or in the kitchen we do not know,but the smell entered the room😑And the room lights were with red colour. It would have been better if they go with basic yellow light.

The staff is very polite, very friendly and they make you experience there amazing. The location of the hotel is excellent. You have a view of the lake and the mountains,combined with nice garden and clean air. The restaurant is modern and the food is good. Good value for the money.

The snow aggravated the driving towards the hotel. The roads were not clean and made our trip feel unsafe especially traveling with a kid. The authorities did a poor job with cleaning the snow from the road that led to the hotel.

The hotel was nice. I would visit it again but not in winter.

the rooms were dirty, the bath shower was broken, the carpets i guess were never vacuumed, but props to the cleaning lady she is the only one that cleans all the rooms in the hotel.

No good heating in the rooms. Water was flushing from pipes in the toilet. Not good value for the money. Great location but the hotel needs to invest a lot more i the facilities.

The Hotel in Booking is rated four stars; de facto, it is a three-star hotel. Everything in the room is for renovation: leaking shower, poor lighting, and faulty installation. The heating was weak; added a heating option with a small radiator. The bed is a separate story, like in a brothel on the ground. In conclusion, the hotel is not worth the price charged. Booking should review the hotel's ranking, aiming to protect the customers.

... they have weddings almost each day and it is so laud that you cannot sleep until at least 1am. Staff is so tired in the morning that they come late and can affect your plans or you miss the breakfast. Pool is fine but closes very soon (16:00) because of wedding preparation.

We only stay 3 h. It was frizing and it doesnt have hot wather for shower, so we leave the hotel. We pay half of the price. It was terible

One morning no electricity- Impossible to order coffee/tea for breakfast! Lack of black tea! Not very clean room. Destroyed furniture. We received information that breakfast starts at 9 a.m.. In fact ~9:30. Employees smoke in restaurant before breakfast. The pool is not fenced off so that guests who come to the restaurant walk around it-impossible to relax comfortably by the pool

Carpet in the room was very dirty Every night from 6.30pm till 2am there was e very loud music due to the wedding or other ceremonies. This should be stated in the description. Usually guests are choosing Mavrovo in order to relax but in this hotel this is not possible. In the morning there are leftovers from the night. It was very dirty. Outside area is beautiful but very dirty. Cigarettes are all over the place. In the morning there is no-one till 9:30 -10 am. We were not able to enjoy in morning coffee or tea.

There were no staff members during the day, just in the morning or in the middle of the night. The rooms were dirty and they smelled like deisel, the radiator didint work so the room was freezing cold. And the furniture was old and it looked like it wasn't renovated for years. The experience was not good.

The only thing that we liked was the view. And the food was good.

It wasn't clean at all. The heat didn't work properly, the door of the balcony was broken, so the cold of the wind could get through the door gaps. It didn't have adjustable hot water in the shower. It smelled bad.

The staff was great! They were so polite and exceeded all our expectations! we had some ridiculous request and they were so helpful! The food was just amazing and delicious! We ate in many places in Mavrovo, but no place was better than Rey! Totally recommend it! The view from the rooms is breathtaking!
