There was a charge for the bottles of water in the room (as well as the minibar) and charging €7 for the gym, sauna and spa seems expensive for what it is. The gym didn’t look good when I got my massage

Good rooms right in the centre of Skopje, breakfast was a good spread, the on-site bar was a nice place to spend the evening, the massage I had was fantastic and good value.

Room without space for a big luggage. No spa/fitness options included make it less appealing when compared with other options. Very basic gym to be paid.

It does appear though that the floor is not being cleaned / vacuumed clean at least as I notice dust/dust web... but nothing that is bothering. Also, the water in the shower does not drain fast enough that it overflows and flood the bathroom. So as much as I wanted to have a long shower, it will not be pleasant as it will flood the bathroom.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Few minutes from the main square and the main sights, museums, cafes and restaurants. While the location being central can be busy and noisy, the hotel is quiet and I also felt safe walking along the street towards the hotel. The room I have is spacious enough and feel homey and comfortable. Breakfast is great with the varied selection available. Staff are all nice there. :) I arrived earlier than the check in time was given a room earlier and served coffee while waiting. The guys in the breakfast restaurant are also really nice and accommodating.

Excellent Wi-Fi in my room on the 4th floor and around the hotel. And even on the balcony. Perfect! And even in the SPA - could listen to my favorite music while relaxing :) Thank you!

The hotel is in a great location for staying in the city and the staff is very friendly. They offer a valet service which is convenient for people who have rental cars and are also very responsive to any needs.

The cleanliness of the room can be improved, namely by vacuum cleaning properly. Although the breakfast is excellent in quality and diversity of choice, the restaurant a la carte is not good neither for food or wine.

The hotel is located in the heart of Skopje in the centre. The room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable and breakfast is excellent and varied. The staff is generally very polite and helpful.

While the breakfast spread is good, catering to diverse tastes, an expansion of vegetarian options could further enhance the dining experience for non-meat-eaters. Additionally, considering the needs of travelers, having dental supplies readily available could be a thoughtful addition to the hotel's amenities.

We had two rooms, one was quite small (but it was fine for 1 person). There was a bit of mold in one of the bathrooms - which was a bit of a pity since the bathroom itself is very nice!

Very good location, just steps from Macedonia square. Rooms were clean and comfy. Friendly personell at reception. Efficient parking of car in a garage (valet parking).

The bed was very creaky and the glazing to keep outside noise out could be better

Tucked away in a quiet corner but very central to everything. Beautiful interior and lovely spa options for a reasonable price. Would definitely stay here again!

The ‘balcony’ looked into a void next to ugly business buildings. The room was very dark. Cleaning could be improved - the shower had a lot of mould in the grout and limescale on the handles.

Excellent breakfast - huge spread with lots of fresh fruit, vegetables, eggs, cheeses, etc. The location couldn’t be better, it couldn’t be more central. Staff were lovely. Rooms were comfortable enough. We paid for the parking and they drove our car off - we never saw the car park.

Efficient, clean, extremely central. Very positive and attentive personnel - they will fix everything for you.

Breakfast needs to be improved. Also I didn't like the extra charge of the SPA center.

Three things to be addressed: 1. Breakfast needs to be improved 2. The SPA should be included in the price. 3. Parking lot should also be included in the price.
