The fridge wasn't working. Sometimes people are too loud in the other rooms or hallways. They wake you up.

The place was good and comfortable. You can see the Mavrovo beautiful lake view. The owner was nice and he responded to every one of our needs kindly. The place has also a coffee machine which works 24/7 and you can drink whatever you want. I will definitely visit again.

Villa Ana was not available at our arrival but we received Villa Simona next door : apartment with bathroom, kitchen and 1 bedroom. All of it was very comfortable, big balcony with lake view. We ate at restaurant “Glamour” : delicious home-cooking (20’ walk to ski-resort).

There is a lot of room for improvement for this accommodation. The main thing is probably the management with the water drainage. There is no physical barrier between the bathroom door and the rest of the apartment (such as marble/concrete/granite tile threshold), so after every shower the rest of the apartment floods. That's not a big of an issue for the guests, but on the long run, the laminate flooring in the bedroom can be easily damaged and can get moldy, which can be an expense for the owners. Additionally there is no wardrobe, only a small hanger for your coats and/or shirts. Again, this is easily solvable for a weekend, but might present an issue for a longer stay. Either way, I'd recommend this since it's new, modern, there is no fuss and the owners are kind and understanding people.

The property is fairly new and it was quite easy to find. The host was extremely kind, she greeted us immediately upon our arrival and guided us to the second floor. We had a one bedroom apartment with amazing view of Lake Mavrovo, massive TV screen with Netflix and Youtube, well preserved furniture and small fridge for your essentials. The whole apartment had a wooden theme going around, so you feel like you are part of the village. The Wi-Fi has great connection and is available throughout the whole property. There was no breakfast in the offer, but there is a spacious restaurant just below the villa with closed eating space and open patio as a summer terrace. We had heating, which was a big plus, since the evenings and nights in Mavrovo are chilly, even in June. The rooms are close to each other (4 in total on the second floor) but they are soundproof and we had no issues whatsoever with the other guests. I highly recommend this accomodation for a short stay (like a night or two) since it's close to all restaurants and ski centers in the winter season.

There were ants all over the bathroom and even dead ones in the beds. There was a thin white curtain, so at 6 am the light went through it. Same thing as if there were no curtains. There was a kid right next to our room who woudn't stop crying and screaming since 7:00. When we had to leave, the host had no idea of how the amount we had to pay as he couldn't find our booking in his book and he didn't understand english either. The price is extremely high compares to the value of the hotel.

Location was not good nor bad, as we had a car to move around.

tv & internet one apartments didn’t work. one of the toilets had a unpleasant smell.

Close to the ski resort. comfortable room with plenty of sleeping and lounge area. clean and tidy.
