I chose this accommodation because of its location between the bus station and the center of town, and because it had a kitchenette. I did not notice from the pictures that the 'kitchenette' was an electric hot plate, fridge, and nothing else (no sink, etc) and this is my overlook. Therefore, the 'kitchenette' was missing some things ( a mug, a pan, a cutting board, a dish towel, sponge, and soap) and I had to wash dishes in the bathroom sink, but the owner brought me everything I asked for in a very timely manner. He is very accommodating and very nice. He lives upstairs. The bed is spacious. The fur blanket is warm, but the comforter beneath it is very thin and bunches up easily so all that is covering you is the duvet cover at most times (the weather was cold and rainy during my 2 night sta so I was happy to have the fur blanket). The bathroom / shower is modern and has good water pressure and enough hot water for 1.5 showers. The place is a 15-20 minute walk to the center and a 25-30 minute walk to the bus station. It is on a quiet street, which I appreciated. There is a balcony, which I imagine is nice in better weather. The wifi is strong enough for searching, but I would not recommend it if you are planning to work and upload / download. The supermarket that is closest is not the nicest. Better to go to a ramstore in the center. All in all, I recommend for a short stay, and if you plan to eat meals out.

There wasn’t many pots or cutlery in the room and only tiny cups. If you wanted to make anything you would have to ask the owner to supply what you need which I’m sure he would.

The Owners are lovely and very helpful. The location is great close to shops and restaurants. We could see the Fortress from our room and a 20 min walk. The garden is lovely and we were given some lovely apples to eat. Wi-Fi was excellent but the password in the room would be helpful

I needed wifi connection and I couldn't find the password. This was a very important thing for me as I needed to comunicate with my family and plan my next part of my trip. I tried to get a hold of the owner but I could not find him. I would suggest leaving a paper with the wifi password writen in the room.

The owner was nice, the room was clean and pretty cosy. Close to the lake but somehow far from the crowded part of the town. I could take advantage of the silence on the premises.

The room was very clean and looked much better than the photos uploaded here. Actually it looked brand new and nice. We advised the owner to change the pictures right away, since people could definitely be mislead by them. The owner was friendly and helpful. The garden was beautiful and the location perfect - 5 minutes from city centre.

Nothing, everything perfect

Everything was perfect. A cozy house with beautiful garden, very clean and modern room, with all of you need, kitchen, dishes, fridge...etc., 5 minutes walking to the center, and Suleyman and his wife treat you like you were at home. Very helpful in all you need. Highly recommended. The best place I have been in Balkans with that price.

Owners where very sweet and polite and they both welcomed us very warm-heartedly! Rooms were very clean and everything was very tidy. They also had a great garden! Rooms are a 15min walk from "downtown"

One of the cleanest and most hygienic places I've stayed. The photos on Booking do not really reflect the comfort of the room, the beautiful view of the garden and the fortress. The host was very friendly, he waited for us with the air conditioning open (not like in other places where I turn off the air after you leave), everything was arranged and clean. Fridge in the room, very good bed mattress, balcony in each room overlooking a very beautiful garden. The location is about 5-7 minutes walk from the center. I highly recommend this accomodation. :)

it's not related to the apartment but there is a transport issue if you don't have a car. bus station is 2 km to the place and taxis do not want to to take you for short distances even at 8 am. we had to walk because we couldn't find another solution after asking to the owner
