The view was fantastic! We admired Ohrid lake and the old city, so beautiful! The patio was very spacious, the garden was so enchanting with many flowers. The studio was clean, it was quiet and the staff was friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Saray, the rooms are spacious, comfortable and well equipped, the hosts friendly and attentive. The real highlight is the garden terrace, filled with vines, fruit trees and flowers and with breathtaking views over the the old town and lake Ohrid. Excellent location. Beutifull view of the lake from the terrace. Bunches of grapes over head. History and culture around. Nice hostess who speaks english very well. A unique chance to practice the Macedonian language, what was great!

The bathroom was old and not very clean, including a leaking toilet. Although I love cats, it was a little frustrating that it was impossible to eat or drink outside due to the beautiful cats looking for food.

Comfortable room with everything I needed including a fridge, use of a shared kitchen, and a hairdryer on request. Great location and amazing view from the terrace or balconies. Lovely family running the apartments.

The room was not so clean with a lot of stuffs especially in the leaving room and the bathroom. The shower could also not be fixed to the wall so it was not ideal.

The room is very nice within the old town so one can visit the beautiful Ohrid. The owner is nice and the room is fully equipped. The ratio quality/cost is also good as well as the internet connection.

The best stay we had in our lives. The landlord is so nich and helpful. We managed to make a connection with tchem and their cats(4-5). If you look for sweet accomodation with „family-kinda” vibes this place is for you.

The room and bathroom itself could use a bit of renovation but nothing major. We visited in peak season so the town can get a bit noisy at night but that is not the accommodation's fault. There was a strange smell around the balcony but it only bothered me (not my husband). Overall, great value for money and highly recommended!

Super location, stunning view, beautiful garden. Everything in Ohrid is within a few minute walking distance. The private balcony was just perfect. There is a common, fully-equipped kitchen area downstairs which we only used for making coffee but we found it quite handy. The host was super helpful and really nice - he even took us to the bus station, as our bus to Skopje was leaving at 5:30 AM. Thanks for everything!

The bed was to small for me, but I've seen that the local population is not very tall so maybe that's just me. Iam 186cm and could not lay in the bed properly. The bed was also a bit hard. The walk up to the BnB was always a bit rough, but that's not the fault of Marija. Also they are very close to theater that was absolutely great. The bathroom is very old, and basic but I didn't mind. It's a place you need to love and be proud that you can enjoy this home.

Marija was very nice helped us very good. We had the big room with private balcony, its very romantic and beautiful. The bathroom is outdated, but that's part of the deal. The shower is on the wall next to toilet so that's something I've never seen before, but also part of the experience. The owner has some cats that are taken care off by Marija and she does a lovely job. She has her heart in the right place and that shows. Loved the kiwi tree in the balcony. Thank you for the lovely stay in your house. I didn't mind that you have to walk quite a steep walk but that's something to keep in mind. The theatre is very close and is definitely a hidden gem for this BnB. Would definitely recommend, for people who want basic and have a real Macedonia experience.

Excellent location.The host, Marija is a lovely woman who answered all my questions and looked after my during my stay. Thankyou! 😊 Terasse is amazing, lovely to watch sunsets on. Air Con was nice and cold. Supermarket not far away. Would definitely stay again as it feels very homely and relaxing!

I loved them, but - there are quite a few cats in town plus some attached to the villa and they will come and check you out if you're eating outside (and the more curious ones may also join you inside if you leave the door open). I did enjoy the free cat cafe experience.

Wonderful villa and absolutely fantastic hosts! Helped me to arrange transport to and from the airport, gave me helpful tips The location is stunning - amazing view over the old town down to the lake from the balcony, a short walk down to the city or to smaller supermarkets, and also very close to the main sights. The room itself is simple, but has everything needed plus excellent wifi, and the kitchen downstairs is fully stocked for any culinary attempts.

Really cute, self-contained small apartment with a fine outlook over Lake Ohrid. It’s within the Old City wall, close to the castle and other attractions, and about 15-20 minutes’ taxi ride from the main bus station. Charming, English-speaking hostess Maria and her husband live next door. Some of the plumbing is probably due for an update, but it all works alright. Sitting in the small, separate kitchen, looking out over the lake at breakfast-time or in the evening, is a delight. There’s a good supermarket nearby, so one can self-cater quite happily. There’s also a decent restaurant only metres away, though you’l have to go down (and back up) a pretty steep hill for a wider choice. But it’s not too hard; about 10 minutes down to the waterfront area, maybe 15 or so back. I loved the place.
