Need improvements urgently! Looks like abandoned at somehow, the air con didn’t work, the hair dry didn’t work, the tv didn’t work… the rooms are very old, which needs to redecorate for sure and get the things fixed, but for us, we just used to shower and sleep, so it’s was ok but not the best. The bay near by doesn’t have sand to stay and enjoy the day, you need to go to another places. I rented a car, the hotel doesn’t have parking and it was very hard to park around even in a low season.

Amazing staff, the only thing which worth it and have an Irish pub/ restaurant on the ground floor, very nice food, pool table and amazing staff. The location is ok, close to the bay (is not a beach though) have restaurants near by, convenience stores.

The cockroach in the bathroom! However cockroaches are a fact of life and myself and the night man dealt with it. It was funny rather than sending me screeching. I could have done with the bathroom door closing properly which it didn’t then I could have closed the door on the cockroach and dealt with it in the morning instead of at 3am.

It was laid back. If you are picky then it’s not for you, but despite it needing attention to detail I liked the casualness of the hotel. The pool and surroundings were very very good. I would stay there again even with its shortcomings.

Old, noisy staff seem to stay in rooms they talked very loudly washing hanging on the balcony floor tiles uneven creaky. Bathrooms mouldy. No where to keep water cold.

Walking distance to bus serviced rooms everyday. Staff very helpful. Moved us to new room as first one had one curtain on window and only closed halfway and we were on the front side of hotel with street lights outside the room.

It was noisy: I heard all the noise from the corridor and room above. The hotel is in a neighborhood which is not particularly pleasant.

I enjoyed the pool, the outstanding staff who provided plenty of advice and the large bedroom. I’m glad the hotel was not crowded.

The first room we were given had a lot wrong with it. However, when we discussed this with the staff we were offered a different room which was much nicer.

Sheets had stain and the room was in more of a poor condition. But otherwise all the accessories were there and ready to use.

Location and staff. Close to the centre and good bus connections to other parts of Malta. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was no kettle or cups so had to purchase half a cup of coffee at €2 a cup from the pool kiosk, no coat hangers, doors slam shut so quite noisy late at night when people returned

The staff were all very nice and helpful although couldn’t grasp much of the English language, the pool area is very nice, rooms were cleaned daily

The room didn't have a fridge which was an inconvenience (for cold drinks or left over food) and wasn't in the best condition (the ceiling fan was making too much noise, the curtains were missing hangers or they were hanged wrong and the air-condition was unplugged and I had to climb underneath the bed to grab the plug)

The air-conditioning was working fine, the view from the balcony was fine, the staff was wonderful and the room was clean.

When we entered there is 3 single beds instead of 1 big bed for me and my bf. No water to drink atleast water you have to welcome the guest. No shampoo but there is shower gel 😊. Thanks. The flash of the toilet we don't know how it works so we ask the receptionist likewise the shower we ask them to fix it 😔. The microwave it's not functioning or maybe we just don't know how it works. The terrace/ balcony i don't like it. But we still had a good sleep anyway. Thank you!

The location is fine. The room is spacious and clean. The receptionist is accomodating.

The beds are to short, for 3 days we didn’t had worm water, it was a hole in the balcony door so mosquitoes were coming inside all night.

The food wasn't great an there aren't many restaurants around the hotel all the decent ones are about a 15 min walk (maybe 10 but I had a toddler with me 😂) Lots of ants an gnats but that's just Malta in general not really the hotels fault I did notice a lot of places had closed down from when I was last in Malta about 5 years ago so guessing that's due to covid. Was really sad to see but again not the hotels fault lol. The security wasn't so helpful but guess his not there to help people cheek out lol

We arrived later than planed got to the room an the aircon didn't work. Staff was so helpful he come to the room an tried to fix it. He was unable to so offered us another room for the night but as it was late we just stayed till the morning an upgrad the room. (for A small charge but that was my choice we could have just moved rooms but needed a fridge as had a toddler with me) All the staff was friendly and always helpful hotel was clean and the pool area was really nice and child my daughter had the kids pool to her self most of the days she loved it.

The structure is in need for a renovation: everything apart from the reception is probably from the 80s. Especially the walls and furnitures: both show the signs of theirs age, which prevents housekeeping to keep the facility as clean as it should be. However, the base the structure is really strong so the starting point for a renovation project has a very good start.

The staff was amazing, from the receptionists to the housekeepers; all of them made us feel very welcome and they promptly managed our requests every single time. They also we're genuinely nice, which is great. The position of the hotel is aso great: while it might not be on seaview, being in the inner part of Bugibba allowed for quiet time during the night, especially those two days where the local festival was taking place.

There was problem with warm water. Mostly it wasn't available, according to staff it was planned to repair.

The hotel is quite old, a lot of things were not working like sockets, hairdryer, the fan on the ceiling was really really noisy and the air conditioning was not so powerful so it took a while to cool down the temperature in the room. The shower is old and lacks of maintenance. We also found one host not really appreciated in our room, if you know what I mean..

The staff is amazing, they were all super nice, kind, welcoming and available for all requests. Also the area of the swimming pool is nice.
