The room was not ready until 14:30- we were waiting quite long after an early morning flight. There were no hooks in the bathroom for clothes or for the small towels at the sink.

The location is good, a short walk from the sea. The room was spacious, enough for a family with two teenagers, we even had a seaview from the corner of the balcony :). The beds and pillows were comfortable. We had halfboard, enough choice at the meals, the waiters were very polite and effective. Overall a nice stay and good value for money.

Regarding the room, it was nice, just one thing there is one full bed (2 beds were joined) Matrice was moving a lot and it was a bit uncomfortable, otherwise, we enjoyed it... Thank you so much for your welcoming

First of all, I would like to say that the receptionist guy was amazing I did not know his name but we arrived at the hotel at nearly 1 am on 9 9th of February and this guy was on shift, he is an amazing person always smiles, and very nice to talk to him. The room was really cute and cozy no complain

The room was a fixed heating level and we found it too cool but couldn’t turn up the heating. The jacuzzi was way too cool for staying in very long. Pool needed cleaning. Had to pay extra for sauna.

Nice clean room. excellent shower Good choice of food at dinner and breakfast. Complimentary drinks at dinner of wine beer or soft drinks.

It could be a bit cleaner

Breakfast is great, rich, fresh and delicious. Staff is nice and extremely helpful. Free parking right in front of the hotel. There is balcony. Heated indoor pool and jacuzzi. Room is equipped with everything what you may need.

Room layout, hard to get to wardrobe!

The position is good very central and good parking opposite. Breakfast was plentifull and varreid. Staff are very polite and helpful. Good facilities too.

The only thing we didn't really like was the bathroom door which was a sliding wooden door that you couldn't really close properly let alone lock and was often quite difficult to slide open again as it didn't quite fit in the frame properly. It didn't bother us too much but for someone who might struggle to grip things it might not be ideal. Also could be a bit of a mood killer for a new couple looking for a very romantic holiday when you can hear everything that goes on in the bathroom haha!

Very nice hotel in Buggiba. All the staff were really friendly and happy to help us print our boarding passes for the flight home. The location is great as, although the area can be a bit naff and very touristy, it's only a few minutes walk from the bus station so really easy to get busses all over the island and there's tons of restaurants if you want to eat close to the hotel. The cafe attached to the hotel is also lovely and the food is very reasonably priced!

Auwful quality of linnen (grey, worned out), linnen were not changed a week! Broken bed was not repaired normally. Poor bathroom ventiliation. No mark on spicy food.

The whole experience, staff very friendly and informative, great breakfast and location 100yards away from a main bus station with links to all around Malta for 2 euro's, even back to the Airport for 2 euro's !!

Quality of the food during dinner was not good, I used to come before and the food was much better. In the morning B'Fast was very good for the price we paid, quality remained the same as before. After showering the bathroom became full of water as the drainage system was not good. It remained like that till morning.

Room was very neat and quite.. Indoor pool was very quite and hot and we enjoyed it a lot. Staff at Restaurant were very friendly. Overall we enjoyed our stay, it was very worth it
