it would have been better if the shower hose hang on the wall as the water pressure is already so low and you have to manage holding the shower head and rubbing yourself at the same time, after waiting for more than 2minutes for hot water to come. if Towels are to be provided by the establishment, I think it’s high time they are replaced for a decent one. the ones we had in our rooms were not nice nor usable, but thankful we were told ahead of time so we brought our own towels to use. the air conditioning in one of our rooms did not work properly to give cool air, after 3 days, the caretaker brought a standing fan which was a relief for my children.

Alpha Villa’s location is perfect if you are looking for restaurants, street food, shops within a walking distance. the beautiful beach of Flic en Flac is less than 100m by foot. the property is secure, fenced all around and there is a security guard all day and night if you need anything. the rooms are clean and spacious. kitchen fully equipped with basic useful utensils and equipment. the washing machine functions very well. we really liked the big verandah where we mostly enjoy our dinner every night. our rooms were on the 2nd floor to get nice breeze but it was not practical on day of arrival and departure to take all the suitcases by climbing/going down the stairs on foot. if you have difficulty walking or suffer knee or leg problems, ask for rooms on the ground floor or at the least first floor.

Wifi that wasn't stable in the bedroom. Had to go down to connect...

Location was tops. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Mr Ally very accommodating. The aircon was great. Room clean. Would recommend it anytime. Good value for money if you looking just for a place to lay your head.

Only minor issue was wifi which was not stable but was then fixed. Water pressure was a bit low but did not affect my stay.

The place has an excellent location, 1 minute from the beach and the room has a wonderful mountain view. Check in was very straighforward and host very accomodating. Apartment is veey spacious. I defintely recommend this place!

The host remembered preferences, and met us as a family

After being at another part of Mauritius Island i came back to Western part again. And even i had choice of staying at another place, i definitely came back to Alfa villa, as it felt as home, cozy clean, easy going. Definitely recommend it again.

Perfect location, super comfortable appartment, loving to wake up, listening to birds in the garden. The room is cozy and have everything i needed. Even washing machine and iron.I specially loved the owner's care about the nature, sorting bins, nice attitude towards nature. Relaxing in the balcony, on terrace is so great, the view is beautiful, i wish can stay living here.

Have nothing to mention, everything was perfect

The property has exceeded my expectations. The location is just wonderful. Next to the beach, and restaurants, kiosks, shop are not far. I am not a driver, so everything i needed was reachable by walking. Beach Flic and flac is one of the greatest at the Island. Great garden with mango tree and parking and showers in the terrace. I liked, that property is simple, elegant and very well organised. Inside of the room is everything you need, including even the iron . Great for singles travellers like me and also for families. Owner and stuff are super friendly and helpful. Thanks to them i got really nice taxi for super reasonable price. Also all my needs and requests were assisted carefully. For the price, i paid - it is just a gift to have this appartment. Personal thanks to Mr.Ali and Mr. Raquiz!

Bathroom is not the newest but spacy and very clean. It is a bit dark inside the room.

It was super close to beach. It had very specific vibe - mix of various cultures. It was spacy. I loved the balcony. Spend big shower there (it was pouring). Overall very good stay for that price. Recommend. Bed was super comfy, very good ac.
