TurkeyIt was not clear at all how the 800-rupee credit per person at nearby restaurants worked. One night we went to a restaurant just 50 metres from the hotel, spent a fortune only to be told at the end that they had nothing to do with the Radisson hotel and therefore that we could not claim the 800 rupees per person. The sea was not tempting, especially in the morning.
Food choice was very good. Internet connection too. Facilities good.

BelgiumWatch out for 2 points: - beach is there but practically non-existant because you can’t swim in in: shallow, dirty, rocky. As a sea lover, I tried only once out of 5 days - it’s extremely family friendly. So if you travel with kids- perfect, if not- be ready for the noise and kids crowds around you everywhere

GermanyThe stay as a whole was very nice I must emphasize. However I do need to warn anyone interested in staying here that the beach and the water as a whole was a very large disappointment. The beach is right by a river outlet that caused the water to be brown and muddy looking and also caused a lot of debris to float onto the beach. Lastly, the location was not ideal if youre interested in seeing the best parts of Mauritius. It is highly reccomended to book a boat tour that can take you by boat all around the best spots of the Island. However if youre looking to just relax at the hotel they do have a nice bar and two very nice restaurants to choose from.
Beautiful hotel room, large bathroom area with a very nice garden view. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Anything we needed or wanted to know they were always there to help at any moment. The pool is modern and clean with attentive pool staff always ready to take any drink order! Breakfast and dinner were quite good, dinner was always more of a diverse option being a new theme every night. That being said however, they do not serve you any drink or even water as part of the evening dinner which was something we found quite odd. You can buy some water\drinks from the bar however so it was alright in the end. Just a rather strange practice I thought I would mention. The entire property was frequently maintained and cleaned around the clock which was a nice touch.

South AfricaWe were charged for the day we didn’t check in and it was not our fault because the area was affected by cyclone and our flight was cancelled because Mauritius airport was closed. We still had to pay for Thursday even though we arrived on Friday. When we raised the issue with the hotel we were told is not them but booking.com should be the one to deal with this unforeseen natural disaster that we unfortunately had to be penalised for and it’s very unfair and unacceptable.
The food was very nice but I wish they could change the breakfast to a different buffet each day. We ate almost the same thing everyday

Russia1. Far away from everywhere. 2 The beach is small, and not natural. It is a human-made platform, covered with sand. Not the best view of the island. 3. We booked the Ocean view premium room, but in fact there was no ocean view. There were something that looked like a pool, but it was dirty. 4 The rooms are old, hotel needs some renovation (it is about 15 years old already). The closet was smelly so we held all the clothes in the bags. 5. Exchange rate in the hotel is extremely unfair. Bring rupees, if you don’t want to overpay (for example they offered me a rate with which I would pay for 20% higher price, than Booking offered me). I took the taxi to go to the closest city to exchange. 5. The hotel staff always asks you “how is your staying?” But in fact they don’t really care)

TurkeyThere are quite many guests, plus it seems like some surrounding apartments also use the area. The pool is not the biggest, so it can be challenging to find sunbeds. The same goes for the beach where sunbeds are limited. The sea is beautiful, of course there are more clear seas on the island but it is still nice. Swimming from the beach is not great. The hotel offers a platform in crystal clear water, but it is some way with a boat and is often reserved. In general small issues, I would recommend a hotel for maybe shorter stays while exploring the beautiful island
Staff in general was nice and helpful. Nice facilities with gym spa and pool area. Food was also quite good, with variation over the 12 days of our stay.

United KingdomAlthough the staff were friendly, they sometimes came across as a bit pushy, i.e the waiter kept on asking if we were finished with our meal and if they could take our plate, when we clearly were still eating. The hotel is pay for what you get, as in the hotel is fairly priced, you have to pay hotel prices for drinks, minibar, coffee machine, kettle, just to use them!!
All the facilities were lovely. The Buffet was nice, the food was lovely but not so much selection. Complimentary massage was an awesome touch considering we only stayed one night!! The pools were nice, the staff were friendly and there was a great level of detail with each different thing in the resort!! The free water sports was much enjoyed, although snorkelling wise there wasn’t much.

Lithuaniafood variety is lacking. it looked like some generic hotel in Egypt, but Egypt cost me 3 times cheaper. and my friend got food poisoning from the Indian buffet there other night. the pool area is very nice but small. the beach is so so - lots of seaweed. not looking beautiful. there is no free availability of fresh water. two 750ml bottles is absolutely not enough for 2 ppl per day. nothing to do in the evenings. no dancing, animation, or anything. and there's no clubs in the area as well - the hotel is located on the eastern coast. there is nothing around. nightlife happens in the north or on the western side. taxi there cost 30-40 eur one way. housekeeping does not refresh the expendables. my hotel slippers broke, and no one provided a replacement. I used both bottles of hair conditioner and never received new bottles. I feel like this hotel is not worth it's price.
the hotel is kept in a good condition. rooms are spacy and clean. staff is friendly.
