The apartments require renovation and more thorough cleaning. The check-in was inconvenient, I was expecting more hospitality.

First of all, a great location and good surroundings. Spacious apartments. Large flat-screen TV. Fast internet connection.

The check in process and information were not accurate. The security staff was not on site, we had to call the owner/manager who was overseas, it took us almost 45 to 1 hour to be redirected and advised where to pick up the keys. The air conditioner did not work in one of the rooms, the kitchen drawer and bedroom windows were broken/could not be opened. The studio room balcony sliding door was broken, did not have a lock. When mentioned to the staff, they brushed this off. Onsite parking was limited. The pool area was poorly maintained, the spa did not work! A notice on the website and on site would be helpful, no discount was offered as a complimentary gesture!

The location was great, the property is not far from the beach, shops and some restaurants. The 3 bedroom apartments were large and rooms spacious, good for a group of family and friends.

I didn't like the mismanagement of the booking system as they were not aware of my booking i made the day before in the afternoon. They wanted me to pay the same price for a smaller place which was cheaper on the site. The cleanliness was random. The window panes were dirty which gave a general dirty aspect when other stuff were clean. Had to pay excess to check out later when they failed to meet the booking arrangements.

I liked the balcony and view. The bed was comfortable and studio quite big.

Our first room was really dirty, some furnitures were broken and the bathroom was clogged which was kind of disgusting. The first room was not really value for money.

No hot water in the kitchen. To pick up the key it is a different place.

The aparment was not properly cleaned before we entered, the weekly cleaning was no properly done, in the mornings there was not enough hot water for the shower of all of us, many lightbulbs were missing, part of the apartment equipment is rusty or in bad state.

The apartment is in a great location, it's large enough for 6 adults and 2 children, having a garage for the car is really convenient.

It wasn't clean. The bathrooms weren't clean. All the windows were dirty. We mentioned the discarded plastic bottles stacked up in garden to be cleared and a to have a re-clean. We had a fuse blow on the first night so complete blackout when we got in. We could not use the WiFi to make call and had to use UK sim which costs approx £50 to contact the hotel as we hadn't yet bought a local sim. Apparently it was known one of the Air conditioning unit triggered this and a electrician would be called; that never happened but we were okay with the two that worked. Little things like re hanging curtains that wouldn't cost anything or the tatty torn curtain at the kitchen window hiding the broken window all made the upkeep to be laziness.

It was very spacious. The location was really good. Having the the washing machine was great.

There was a smell from a kitchen tap leakage. I told them at least to do sth with it but they pour a chemical like for blockage or sth not sure.......it got us a relief for 30 min only and imagine our 8 nights with a 2 year old daughter in the room then....l

Everything was superb, the pubs around the supermarket, restaurants, beach at walking distance.Indeed the perfect place to be.

I was given a big apartment on the top floor with a big balcony overlooking a good part of flic en flac and the beach. The living & Dining very big fitted with good furniture ,spotless clean. The kitchen had Oven, Microwave, coffee maker. .Toaster and all cutleries. There was also a dishwasher, Washing machine and a big Flat TV Screen. The Wifi was very good and I managed to work online.I have booked the apartment for 1 week in December for mt family.

Fortuna Beach is located in the centre of flic en flac,2 mins walk to the beautiful beach which stretches for two to three kilometres.There is Jumbo supermarket,Mafioso which is lively during the day and night and you can chill there.The Swimming pool at fortuna beach is big and the apartment had everything.The Tv was very big,Microwave,coffee maker,Oven and air conditioning was perfect.Wifi was very fast and I had a comfortable stay.

It was value for money,we had to buy washing soap for the kitchen.The security Goolam & the manager Satish were very helpful.

Location is the best in flic en flac.Just 1 minute walk to supermarket,shops,restaurants & bars. It was 2 minute walk to the beach.The staff was very friendly,the apartment had everything,aircondition,kitchen fully equipped with micowave,coffee maker,toaster,fridge etc.Nice balcony wher we chilled with our beers & wine.i

I booked for two nights and got confirmation for two nights but only stayed one night because he had already rented out to somebody else, for the Saturday night, this caused so many problems for me
