Excellent apartment. Very clean, modern and spacious. We also had the private plunge pool as we booked the Penthouse Apartment. The host was very nice, he let us stay an extra couple of hours as our flight was late. Anisa was very nice and helpful

During the stay we could not get in contact with the hosts. So to ask some question's. for example: we had an Issue with the safety box that would not open, so then it would be nice that there is someone who can help. We had a whatsapp number en also via sms and the bookingcom app nobody responded. It did not spoil our say and we recommend the appartement to everybody but would be nice that u can get in contact.

The appartement is spacious, and everything you can think off is availably. All is new and very modern. Twice a week the appartement was cleaned. Nice pool and 24hour concierge. Private parking place.

It’s in a building complex so obviously not everyone is there to vacation. You cannot live your best life on the balcony at 1am

Amazing stay, very clean. Before we lived 6 months in Mauritius and this is one of the best locations in Grand Baie/Pereybere. Make sure to have a car so it's easy getting around. In February we will stay another 3 weeks in this apartment.

The pool side area did not have anywhere to sit or lounge hence we did not use the pool. There was not a long mirror anywhere in the apartment.

Missing sunbeds are the only negative.

Very nice location surrounded by a mini tropical garden and a large pool. On site 0-24 guards are monitoring security, parking area is large. We felt safe and relaxed here. The apartman we had was on the first floor, it is modern, very well equipped and we found it clean. Terrace has a very nice size overlooking the pool and it is with a large dining table and lounge furniture. The kitchen is very well equipped including induction hob, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and water filtering system. Rooms are nice, beds are really comfortable. Air Conditioning worked very well, yet ceiling fans were enough most of the times. The housekeeper lady was very friendly, she waited us with the keys upon arrival and she showed us around. She came to check what we need during the week nearly every day, and she said goodbye before we left. The support team managed our booking (especially Wendy) was extremely helpful and the communication was quick and easy. They provided us e-brochures, suggestions, and organized transfer from/to the airport at a very good rate. We had a very positively memorable holiday here.

The WiFi is very very poor which is so unfortunate for this property. There is no connection in the front room and spotty service in the master. Also it would be a 5 star review if the pool which we paid extra for (and knowing we were first time visitors to Mauritius in the winter) was heated. We would have appreciated that clear communication that the pool would be FREEZING and maybe we may not have paid extra to upgrade to the penthouse, which we did exclusively for the private pool. This is what super hosts do!

Our apartment was not cleaned properly, it was dusty,grimey and the pool was dirty. The management took our feedback on though and sent the cleaner back to deep clean the next day, which is appreciated. I would recommend that they check on their staff and inspect the cleanliness more closely. The management is nice, but it looks like the cleaning staff are getting away with doing less than the bare minimum. The cleaner also came by to ask us to vacate the place before 10am on our check out day, standard check out is from 10am to 11am!!! Also, it can get quite noisy depending on neighbours,most of our stay, we could hear the people downstairs moving furniture around with a screechy scraping floor noise at random hours of the day and night. WiFi didn't work beyond the living room. We booked the penthouse, and our rooftop deck was missing furniture advertised in the photos, which was a disappointment.

Good location conveniently between Grand Baie and Pereybere. Gated security residence, have stayed in another penthouse on this property which was excellent but this one missed out on a few criterias.

The keys to the property were left in the kitchen for collection upon arrival. During the third night of my stay, at around 2 a.m., I was waken up by someone knocking on the bedroom door, which was fortunately locked. Around 15 minutes later, I also heard someone leave through the patio door. I attempted to contact the Tourism Police, but there was no response. I would recommend that property owners review the security of the apartment.

The booking of the apartment has clearly indicated direct access to the pool. All photos of the outside area was either directly at the pool or above the pool. The reality was, that the pool was 2-3 minutes away from the apartment and access to it was difficult with no real space for towels or means of spending time at the pool. This was very disappointing, as the pool was a key decision factor for us. Also, there were many fruit flies in both of the bathrooms, something we did not experience elsewhere on the island.

The apartment itself was large and comfortable with a lot of kitchenware. Parking was easy and the location was pretty good with access to multiple nice beaches within 5 min drive.

We were not told that we would need to supply our own cleaning materials. Dishwashing tablets, bun bags, washing powder and even toilet paper. Also no info on when cleaning would be done or sheets changed. No pool loungers or space to sit
