The beach was not very clean. A lot of rocks and algae all over the beach. The Tv in the room is not smart. We could not connect our phone. No heated pool or jacuzzi. The adult’s pool is very small.

Staff were very friendly. Gym is very advanced and also open 24/7. The resort has great variety of sport activities. The breakfast is so great. Wifi connection is great all over the resort. Very amazing for family with kids.

Staying at the hotel was a really nice experience. Staff are all helpfully and friendly, beach very besutiful , all facilities are available, and rooms are very nice and clean and food very delicious. It was an unexceptional stay.

We had two double beds in our room and one was of much lesser quality and comfort than the other. We didn’t mention this to staff so they did not have a chance to change it so not their fault.

Lovely staff, only too happy to help. Children under 5 eat free which takes a lot of stress out of the holiday. The free water sports is amazing!

We had super high expectations - and all were exceeded. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. And I’ve been to a couple of very nice five star hotels. Service, food, cleanliness, everything just amazing.

The only thing that I would say that needs improvement is the restaurant at the point at night. The food was not the best and the service was not up to scratch. I would not dine there again. I would rather go to the other restaurants on the resort.

The best hotel on the island! The breakfast is the most amazing spread! The beaches are great with excellent service. The rooms are very spacious and always kept so neat and clean. It is like a piece of heaven! Our sixth time we have been and we will never go to any other resort.

Location - please keep in mind that this is the bad weather side of the island and all tourist attraction are a drive away. If you want peace and calm and don't worry about the more frequent showers that's the place to be

Wow! We absolutely loved our stay here. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the service was amazing. The staff were all so friendly and polite and there whenever you needed them. The grounds and the pools are beautiful and well maintained and there are many activities to choose from, which can be easily booked via your personal host using WhatsApp (with generally good wifi connection throughout the resort). The nightly entertainment was great with the live band and the pianist in the speakeasy and we appreciated the cocktail reception event that was held. The breakfast buffet had so much variety it was hard to decide what to eat. Overall, a great stay and we will hopefully make it back for the hotel’s 50th anniversary! Thanks O&O for making our honeymoon perfect. T&F :)

We saw a few cockroaches in the corridors but maybe this is normal in the tropics

It was a very successful trip. The resort is wonderful and the staff who work there are even better :) Everyone tries their best to make the guests happy. The rooms are clean and large and all hotel is abolutly beautiful. Each room has a great view of the beach or bay. The food is fantastic, hospitably cooked for our chef who runs the restaurant, which has 2 stars Michellin. Additionally, all water sports (water skiing) are free, which is rare.

The room’s bathroom lacked hanging space for towels.

The staff was amazing, the facilities were incredible. Truly a wonderful stay thanks to the whole OO team. A lot of activities to choose from for adults and kids. This hotel is more intimate than other big resorts and you truly feel the constant care from the staff. True to the OO brand, it is not crowded with influencers posing by the pool. It keeps the magic for the guests, with surprises every day and dedicated care. The resort fits quiet areas for people seeking calm as well as kids friendly areas so that all guests can enjoy. The restaurant choices are wonderful, and the staff will ensure you are fully satisfied if any extra requests! The rooms are very spacious and you can appreciate the recent refurbishment. This property is spectacular! We were blown away. What made it so special was the service. I’ve never experienced anything quite like it. You are truly well looked after and not treated just like a number. The staff couldn’t be any more friendlier and helpful. Superb!

The customer service and communication could have been better. The front desk made us wait for and hour and half for the room even though we arrived around check-in time, didn’t give a reason why the room was not ready. At the restaurants, there were quite a few staff who we couldn’t understand what they were saying.

Great location, good stretch of beach, good facilities and the room was spacious and maintained.
