AustraliaThe bikes were very very uncomfortable. The DJ was great fun with great music but very very loud, too loud to talk over to friends, even outside on the Dec. pillow choices would be good as my hubby got a sore neck from the flat pillow. We had a lovely sunset beach side bungalow unfortunately we had a fire hydrant right outside and that kind of spoilt the romantic vibe and view.
The staff were very helpful and friendly, even the chef came over to sit and chat to us and to ask us how we found the food. We did 3 boat trips - all amazing in their own way! The amount of food choices were great! I loved the photo opportunities around the resort, such as the ocean swings. The pool was huge and so lovely… even when it rained. Very impressed by the size of the resort and how green and lush it was - beautiful! Cycling around was lovely although quite bumpy with the pot holes. Bed was huge and comfortable and rooms were cleaned multiple times a day! Morning yoga was a delightful way to start the day with complementary tea.

United KingdomAlthough we had our own bit of beach it was impossible to get in and out of the sea because of the coral We were a long way away from everything with a small child .. Buggy waits at busy times were often long and ate in to our holiday! Transfer times on the way back meant leaving very very early with long waits for flights and a very long journey home Dodgy singer in one of the bars !!

United KingdomA bit sketchy on how to do things / book things at times...lacked a room resort guide or app. We loved the free bikes and used them every day, but anyone with any degree of mobility difficulty would need a villa close to reception or the main restaurant.
Fabulous location and really helpful friendly staff. Loved the snorkeling beach. Great selection of food every meal.

United KingdomThe food was good in places, but sometimes lacked quality. Breakfast was good at times but sometimes let down by choice and selection. The drinks were inconsistent and not great quality. Wine in tiny glasses and cocktails in oversized glasses with poor quality ingredients. Coffee good one day and not great the next. The Meera restaurant was strange as the menu was limited and not just Asian although it’s an Asian cuisine restaurant, very quiet, no music and cast open spaces which weren’t being utilised. Main bar and nightlife was crazy loud with poor singer, rave music at the end which was a bit Euro pop, funnily enough we place dance music and a party atmosphere but this just didn’t fit with the resort and expected something g more relaxed and refined.
The resort was beautiful, lovely quiet island with a tropical feel and picturesque scenery. The jacuzzi bungalow was right on the beach and had a romantic feel along with a great location and facilities. Went the extra mile for Valentines and made the stay very special. Staff were amazing and very friendly.

AustraliaThe mattress on the bed was a bit hard. Golf carts were often slow to pick you up. Very limited dinner options if not on the all inclusive plan.
Very friendly staff especially the water sports guys and our waiter Mauj. Great value for money. We highly enjoyed the cocktails (we weren't on the all inclusive plan). The romantic dinner food was incredible. I had the seafood platter. Loved that we had bikes to get around. Loved the shark feeding every night.

Liked everything . met at the airport on time. contacted about transfer - payment on the spot for transfer. The villa is clean, water is brought every day. transport on site by calling reception. delicious in a restaurant. breakfasts are excellent. the staff is good, the service is excellent. the beaches are clean, swimming pool. many places for photo sessions. excursions on site. I really enjoyed snorkeling 🤿. prices are reasonable. the villa has everything you need. good management, they even organized a cake for a friend’s birthday. Thank you, I have only good impressions.

SlovakiaWe didn't like that the shower was outdoors and it was open. It was hard to get a towel, so you had to get up early to get beach towels. All-inclusive drinks were only till 11 pm and occasionally you had to wait for a long time for shuttle service. Sometimes we couldn't play games, because i.e. darts were lost/damaged, balls were missing.
We loved the hospitality of the staff, they were really helpful and we felt really warm and welcomed. The food was excellent and we enjoyed the options! The beaches and sea are also exceptional. You could snorkel just from the beach. Options to play games at the bar.
