We really liked the attention to small details such as interior design, the warm, kind and very friendly atmosphere and attitude of the staff. Our butler Iby was exceptionally good, very knowledgeable, professional and intuitive taking charge of organising my husband’s birthday and arranging little surprises which we found very touching and made us feel even more comfortable and welcome. The food at all the restaurants, especially at Vakku and Onu was simply outstanding, as well as the breakfast buffet with a wide variety of cuisines and dishes from around the world.

Our butler Adu and the rest of the hotel staff were so welcoming, they did such a great job of making our stay extra special. Our villa was super comfortable and we had the most incredible sunset view from the terrace. We chose this resort in great part due to the dining options available, and the restaurants did not disappoint! We particularly loved Vakku and Onu. We enjoyed a very relaxing couples massage at the spa, but the really highlight were all of the activities, especially turtle snorkeling and snorkeling around the house reef.

The watervilla is really beautiful with the best ocean and sunset view. The entire staff is so friendly and helpful. Especially Affan our butler has taken such good care of us and our children and made sure our stay was very comfortable. the food, wines, mocktails and cocktails are very good! Our favorite restaurants are Vakku, Onu, Lagoon Bar and Amaany.

the water villa is a great option if you like snorkeling, we were lucky, our villa was next to a blue hole, every day we saw stingrays or a turtle swimming under the villa.

My only criticisms would be: - would have loved more music/louder music by the pool to create more atmosphere. It was often very silent - we felt that at least soft drinks and all water should be included in the half/full board options

An absolutely incredible stay! We wish we had booked longer. The view is amazing, the rooms are beautiful and very clean. Breakfast buffet was good. The resort facilities were also great. The service was the best thing about the place. The staff are so lovely and always go over and above for guests. Shoutout to Mo, Rash, Saif, Tait and Adu - lovely people with fantastic service.

loved the time at Vakkaru. beautiful property, great rooms, super friendly and responsive staff. Got scuba certified and really liked their scuba team. Chefs were very responsive to dietary preferences, made some amazing food.

I want to thank all the staff of Vakkaru Maldives for the warm welcome to me and my family. we spent an unforgettable time on your island. the food was of good quality and tasty, especially the desserts that were served in different restaurants, they were so gorgeous and delicious. the whole area of ​​the island was clean and beautiful. I still love the villa where we lived. I want to thank our sommelier Shubham for a good experience of wine tasting. He told a lot of information about wine, which was so interesting and relevant to every glass of wine drunk. And thanks to Dmitry, our butler, a wonderful person and a golden worker, he made our vacation so that we really didn’t think about anything and enjoyed our stay on your beautiful island.

If i really have to nitpick for improvement, i would feedback that 1)the hairdryer in our villa needs an improved version. We did not mind as we had brought our own. Just a suggestion to detail how to pamper ourselves with a great hairdryer after all the sand and sea...the mermaiding activities...2) the head pillows were a tad too soft for a good night's zzz...

Everything! Our butler Mr Adel was fun and professional. The food was unforgettable: super fresh, appealing, generous, exploding with flavours. Book yourself a nourishing retreat on this island paradise! (Oh did we say we had the best water villa with gorgeous sunsets and rainbows?)

breakfast is very poor in terms of choice same couple of dishes every day, no seafood. primarily eggs, potato, sausages, fruits/veggies. food in general tastes good, but HB/FB packages are very limited, so you have to pay a lot of extra to enjoy good food, or literally any beverages, including still water. be ready to spend $3-4k extra within a week

nice and caring staff, our butler was happy to help with everything. villas and facilities are clean, comfortable, well equipped. island has a couple of snorkeling spots and beautiful beaches, some water activities and snorkeling equipment is provided for free

The internet is not the fastest. Can play YouTube at 480p fine. Our package includes breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is fantastic, but choices in the dinner menu comes with extra charge for many items.

Staff are very friendly. Multiple restaurants that serves multiple types of food. Gorgeous sceneries. They understand how to make you feel special. I'll definitely be planning to visit them again.

the hotel is beautiful, the service was exceptional, the food was great. the view was amazing. overwater villa is beautiful and spacious, super clean, new and very high tech. our butler Hiba made sure we had a fantastic stay, she is amazing.

Nothing at all, everything was beyond perfect !

My stay at Vakkaru was perfection in every sense of the word. Indeed, everything exceeded my expectations from the beginning to the end of my stay (the location, the view, the staff, the food, the spa, etc.). I had an amazing butler (Anvar), who was extremly helpful during the entirety of my stay at Vakkaru : Anvar is a very nice, friendly, eloquent, helpful, punctual, and overall professional butler. He was always present and made everything to make my stay at Vakkaru the best possible. Moreover, I would also like to specifically thank Charito (the manager at ONU) and Lay (at the spa/massage) who also were amazingly good ! In conclusion, Vakkaru is a more than excellent resort and highly recommend You to go there for a luxurious holiday in the Maldives.
