The property should have a panic button. A white noise machine should be included in the room. I wish my room came with more coffee supplies and some bottled water.

The hotel is great. It's like an airbnb, you use a code to get in. Only hard part is noise. Bring ear plugs and white noise machine! Pool is lovely. Sitting area is great. My room had a hammock, too! Water source downstairs is great.

Nothing not to like, but just to know, that the location on Apple Maps is wrong. If that’s the map you use, check their website for the correct location.

Centrally located but quiet. Staff (Maria) very welcoming and helpful. Room very clean, lovely, and bed very comfortable. Pool very nice.

The pool area was smaller than it looked in the photos and didn’t look as inviting in real life. Great for a smaller budget hotel but we chose to use other hotel’s pools that were bigger and had service. Still well worth the money as a central hotel but I wouldn’t chose to stay again if I wanted access to a pool. For light sleepers - be warned that this hotel is close to big nightclubs and sometimes music can be heard into the early morning, although this didn’t bother us as we don’t mind a bit of noise and it wasn’t so loud that we couldn’t sleep. Maybe bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper though.

Cleaner was excellent, room was always spotless and towels refreshed daily. The room itself had all the amenities needed including an ironing board and safe. The concierges via WhatsApp were really helpful with booking taxis and airport transfers.

They didn’t have enough filtered water on hand, the safe didn’t work and the staff was not on site.

Beautiful property in an excellent location, one block from 5th Avenue and just around the corner from Coco Bongo and the municipal Palace for the markets. The room was clean and beautifully presented with everything you need. All the staff I encountered were super helpful and lovely. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The location was great for getting into the main areas of Playa del Carmen and just a short walk back from the main restaurants and bars in the evening. Despite this, it was very quiet. The room itself was very clean and large. Maria Jesus was amazing and so accommodating. She really made our stay even better.

Excellent communication from property managers. The cleaning staff was extremely polite and helpful. Its location is ideal, it's close to the main street but always peaceful.

Wanted a toilet bowl cleaner in the room to keep fresh between visits by the house keeper. Safe didn’t lock after a few times, but notified staff and were given a key, which was fine. Finding it at first at night was a little confusing. Need to identify it is on a side street.

Location was great, with a bus stops one 15 and one 5 minutes away, quick walk to the beach and activities and restaurants. House keeping was attentive and available daily. The room was well kept. Near a Catholic church.

Feedback on check out time came last minute

I liked everything - so tastefully put together, hot and cold water machine, Netflix and YouTube on the tv’s that actually work, clean and comfortable. Yes it’s by some clubs but the sound is extremely distant - I slept well.

Bed was comfy but had one of those plastic mattress covers that you could feel/hear every time you move. Water went out one evening and wasn’t able to be fixed until the next day. Not sure that is the properties fault though.

Easy self check in, great location, comfy pool loungers and cabanas, hammock on my patio, Nespresso machine with pods/coffee supplies in room, very well maintained grounds, friendly housekeeping and maintenance folks.

It's a little strange to have a glass door shower in the living area. It might be a little awkward for someone who wants some privacy.

Comfortable and clean room located in a great location. Walking distance from everything you would like to go to yet in a quiet location. There is only one staff member onsite but she is very helpful.

Guests must be aware that at night the music from Coco’s Bongo must be heard from 10-3am. The hotel provides earplugs, and to be honest noise is to be expected in town. If you prefer complete quiet I would stay outside of town.

I absolutely loved everything about this property. So much so that I stayed longer than planned. It is a small intimate boutique hotel, beautifully designed and very very comfortable. My room was lovely, and the wonderful Maria made sure it was clean for me every day. Changing sheets and towels regularly. Although the pool is small, it doesn’t need to be much bigger because it was rarely occupied. The lovely beds are a great place to relax and watch the birds in the tree opposite. The hotel is very close to town, everything is very accessible. The hotel gives you access to sun beds at a local beach club (minimum spend 300-500 pesos). All in all I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily go back. A huge thank you to Maria for being so kind and attentive.

The shower head needed replacing - room 2B I think - lots of the nozzles had broken so water squirted everywhere. A good shower is one of the basics of a stay and so simple to fix.

Beautifully furnished. Efficient and helpful team (so long as you’re happy that everything is virtual on WhatsApp, which we were). Big, comfy beds. Quiet, despite being just off the main strip. Free drinking water. Clean. We got a good price though I noticed it was twice as much at the weekend, which would have changed my high value for money score!

No staff on-site which means you have to deal with an online form to check in and while they try to help over WhatsApp there is no one there if you need help. Parking is also a bit of a headache. I tried to download the app but was never able to activate my account. And you can only pay with coins at the parking meters.

When we were there, it actually was quite peaceful. We were worried when we read reviews on Google saying that that nearby clubs keep people up. But I slept great and out room was lovely. The property is also walking distance from the main shopping area and great food.
