Lovely apartment with a nice pool close to the centre of town and not far from the ruins. We were only there 2 nights so didn't get a chance to use all the facilities but would have done if we'd been staying longer.

In the first evening we didn’t have hot water in the shower, but after telling this to the staff they fixed it right away and we had boiling hot water till the end of our stay.

The beds were a bit hard and uneven. Wish the Mai room had AC, but when we really needed it, we retreated to the bedroom.

The staff were caring and kind. The garden was gorgeous, the pool which the kids loved was refreshing. The location close to Super Aki, colectivo stop and Tulum ruins was excellent.

Cleanliness should be improved - spider webs on the walls and ceilings, stauned sheets and towels (even after we requested change) and we are not sure if there was mold in the bathroom which was just painted over (dark stains shining through)

-The bathroom window was not able to remain closed/locked due to damage on handled. -Water on shower was getting out in a very low amount, making showering harder; so, I had to unscrew the water output and clean it well, because it had a lot of rust and contamination obstructing the water to come out properly. After I cleaned it, shower was great.

It’s very far from the beach and the main hotel/touristic area and taxis in the area are kinda of expensive, so it makes it hard to really get to know the city on your own. The washbasin in our room needed to be fixed.

This is a nice option if you are looking for an economic stay relatively close to Tulum’s ruins. There is a supermarket close by and some restaurants as well. The staff is very nice and accommodating.

Convenient location if you had a car (as we did) as it was easy to get to all the local attractions without having to pass along the slow road where all the coastal hotels in Tulum are situated. The room was also a good size.

It was a little shabby- could use some freshening up with paint and new towels. Table lamp was broken in the bedroom. The bedroom had A/C, but the kitchen and living space was not- hard to keep cool. Nice little patio, but again- a little shabby with with worn seating.

Great service. Located on a side street away from all the noise of the main tourist area and all the construction going on in town. Very happy we stayed here and not on the mess along the hotel zone in Tulum. Nice pool and big studio room. Very clean.

Music from a local bar, restaurant or disco was audible many nights. it wasn’t super loud, and not unexpected. Nothing some earplugs can’t fix.

Staff was lovely, pool was clean and well-maintained, vibe was nice and chill. Great location in town right near the road to the beach. There’s a grocery store (a block away) and tons of restaurants, shops and bike rental spots very close. it was nice ro have parking and a fridge, which comes with even the cheapest room. There are a variety of rooms, some with a kitchen some without, ro accommodate a wide variety of travelers. I’d definitely stay here again.

On my last day I drank the water that was facilitated by the reception. Unfortunately I think it was bad as it made my stomach upset.

my only issue were we always had mosy's in our apartment regardless of our efforts to keep them out. Left eaten alive.

Location was brilliant - easy access to many restaurants and a simple drive from Cancun with plenty of parking. It was lovely to have a balcony and fridge so we could enjoy drinks in the sun during the evenings. Staff were friendly and helpful too!

The pool needs shade. The sun hits it literally all day so the water is warm. Not great for the summer when you need a cool dip.

Staff was friendly. Great Location , easy to find. Close to beach, food and entertainment. Our rooms were clean, comfortable and the A/C worked great. loved the hammock and the access to the pool from our balcony. The pool was cleaned every day. Had no problem checking in or out. Staff was accommodating. 9/10. Great value.
