- The first room we stayed at had a glass door in the bathroom so there was 0 privacy when traveling with a girlfriend. On top of that the air conditioning didn't work and it was really hot in the room. Room 09. - The rooms are a little small when traveling with lots of luggage - Breakfast is included but gratuity isn't (so technically it's not free).

- Staff was helpful and allowed us to switch rooms when we told them about the bathroom and air conditioning situation. - Second room was much better and was a bit larger. Room 03. - Beds were comfortable.

The nice gentleman who checked us in and showed us our room, saw the room safe was broken (it unfortunately wasn't fixed during our stay). Our king bed was somewhat caved in on both of our sides, could use a change. SMdA has rooftop bars and clubs, (we were there for the weekend), we could hear the music and party people past 2am? The room didn't get very dark, even with shades pulled at night, and is bright in the morning if you're a late sleeper. Upon check out, the staff person wasn't able to explain the charges on the bill clearly (in English or Spanish). Regarding the breakfast, I had a language misunderstanding with my order, which arrived wrong. When I asked for the order to be changed (as the server and I had miscommunicated), I was told I would have to pay for that change. Ultimately, it was worked out, but it was an uncomfortable and unnecessary aggravation.

Great location, walking distance to the main area. English speaking host came from their other hotel to check us in. We had help with our bags up the stairs (no elevator). Room was spacious, well lit, top floor with small pvt balcony that had a view of flowering trees, the church and other rooftops. Natural lighting in the shower, glass door between toilet/shower & sink area (didn't provide privacy, but we rigged using the closet door). Front desk lent us towels for when we went to the hot springs. They were able to arrange a taxi for us, however we opted for Uber, which was less expensive. Hotel has a nice terrace with bar, where they serve breakfast. The bartender was friendly and made good drinks. Breakfast served was very good - eggs, coffee, fruit juice, fresh fruit, bread.

A bit smaller than I thought. Bathroom needs better ventilation. Room is in the courtyard so you listen to the terrace and circulation. Needs better sound isolation. The parking is outside and a bit difficult to wait for staff for help. All good a part from that.

No Parking. The service they have works well but you got to pay. It seems that at night there was no one at the front desk, a crazy guest (hopefully a guest) was banging on the main door and shouting for about 1 hour.

Location! You can walk everywhere from the hotel. The property is brand new and very clean. The staff was very polite. Nice breakfast area.
