The pool is small and the water is a little bit cold.

That is very close to the beach you can go to the beach just walking, the facilities are clean and they provided you anything you will need.

There is only AC in the bedroom area. The ceiling fans are very loud. You have to use a key to turn the lights on and when you leave to take the keys with you, everything is turned off. It doesnt make sense especially if you have food in the fridge.The room will get hot all over again. Some of our food went bad. Also, the bathroom is basically the shower. There is no curtain or door. Everything will get wet. There was a street fair right outside our room at the park across and it was SO NOISY with people yelling and screaming until almost 1 am. I was told it would only be on the weekend, but for the entire time we were there it was every night.

The rooms have a kitchenette and dining area. There is plenty of space. The location is good because it is very close walking to the beach. They have a parking lot just for their hotel.

Noise ! Because these bungalows are right on the main street and across from the (park) town square there was a lot of traffic noise and event noise on weekends. If your room was in a different section this won't have been as loud. But it was very interesting to view life as it is.

We were across from the plaza, a beautiful market held on Saturday. We were a block from the beach and lots of restaurants in the area. The location is great.

Pool water not replaced, not filtered. Noice at night, hard to sleep. Clicking sound, not sure were it was coming from. Checked in just past 2pm, 1:40pm they asked us to leave or pay another day. About USD150/day, for family of 5, plus 50 USD in taxes. There are other similar places for less.

I didn’t like that they didn’t change the towels or refill the paper rolls and soap. I needed to tell them to do so.

Staff could have been a little more communicative with the services that were offered like the wifi. There could have been a garbage can on property for customers to take trash out instead of us looking where there was one outside of the property. Also better pillows. The ones we had didn’t feel like pillows at all.

The faculties were very clean. They were very accommodating with my dad that is wheelchair bound.

Kitchen could have been better equipped. Low water pressure shower. That's it--otherwise a wonderful, charming place.

Charming, cute pool, great location, old-fashioned homey vibe, friendly guests, great value. Place has real character, makes for a memorable stay. Plenty of room, Huge closet, full-sized fridge/freezer, immaculate, loved everything about it pretty much.

Pictures are misleading! Furniture is grimy with dirt build up, no hot water in the kitchen, can't flush toilet paper, toilet worked poorly, lack of cooking equipment, cutlery & dishes are old & tarnished, dark & dreary, very noisy with traffic & street noise! We checked out 1 week earlier than intended due to poor conditions!

We checked out Saturday Feb 5th (7 days early) due to poor conditions - Alexandro (owner) has agreed to refund our money and asked we go through booking.com to complete the process.
