This is absolutely nice location, right next to the seven color lagoon. The only drawback is not many restaurants near by. we drove to Bacalar town for breakfast and dinner.

Everything was great. Perhaps some paddles for the kayak? Mind that Pucté13 is 4 miles from the center so you need a car. Next door hotel Wayak is great for breakfast and diner.

This is little heaven at the Bacalar shore. Beautiful and spacious cottage for a family of 4 situated in a lush garden with private access to the lake. We spent 2 lovely nights and can highly recommended!

We were traveling through Mexico with 3 small kids and this was our most favorite accommodation. Spacious appartement with a great view over the lake. Only 3 cabins so a lot of privacy. Also direct access to the lake via the private dock. Paddle boards are available and for any food or drinks the restaurant of the campsite is just next door. The owners are super friendly and will help you with everything you need.

We loved it all. The hospitality, the location, the accommodation and the the cleanliness. Great coffee in the room. Right on the waterfront, it is so beautiful there. We highly recommend this place to chill at. The hosts and staff there appreciate nature and we enjoyed speaking about it with them. We'll be back.

this is a awesome place to be. this hotel has everything you need to relax and have a great time. there is a small mini bar inside which is perfect. love the garden and the view to the lake! friendly staff!!!

You just have to know there are no close food options so either go to bacalar or shop and cook. For us that really wasn’t a problem

Super nice place in front of the lake. It’s calm, 10 minutes by car from the center of bacalar. You wake up in front of the lake, can rest, use the paddle and chill. Highly recommended

We had a more than lovely stay, a very serene and calm place to enjoy Bacalar lake. Beautiful surroundings and a very enjoyable cabana. The very kind staff completed our stay (with kids!)

This place was wonderful. So beautiful and quiet. Highly recommend!! The owners were amazing and drove us into town on 2 separate occasions and organized a great boat tour. The restaurant next door was good too!

I'd recommend you rent a car as the place is quite far from the town and shops. If you do not have a car, you can still go to the town by taxi, and there is a restaurant and shop in the camping next door. Also, Oswaldo (the host) offered us to pick up groceries and food for us. So although ideally you'll have a car, don't worry if you don't. The price on Booking didn't include taxes and commission, so we ended up paying 19% over the price we booked for. This has happened with other accommodations we rented via Booking, so I think this is a problem with booking and not the accommodation itself - just keep an eye!

I can't recommend this place enough! The place is just beautiful and so well taken care of. Oswaldo (the host) is always around and available to make sure the stay is perfect and you have everything you need. The place includes paddle boards so you can explore the lagoon, and has a barbecue available for guests to use. The room is cleaned daily, with separated towels for the shower and the lagoon. Oswaldo offered some activities organised by himself (such as going to the cenote or doing an early morning paddle board trip) and also put us in contact with the boat tour organisers, as well as giving us recommendations for groceries, places to visit and dinner.

Clean spot. Amazing backyard with easy access to water. They even let you use paddleboat equipment. Would definetely come back.
