The breakfast with nice strong coffee was a perfect way to start the day . The garden courtyard is lovely and peaceful . The staff was outstanding with their service . One of the best parts of the hotel was the yoga class I was able to attend . Loved everything about the hotel .

Breakfast was very skimpy. The only protein was the yogurt, and there was only a little in a bowl for 2 people. A bowl each would have been nice.

The courtyard is lovely, and I would have sat out in it if it hadn't rained! Our beds were comfortable, air conditioning didn't blow right on the bed, had 2 rocking chairs in the room! The location is near the convent, handy for watching the light show (when it's not raining). The hotel is very well kept.

Room was spacious, clean and breakfast was delicious. A very nice pool in the middel of the garden to cool off was clean. Very nice people who worked there and wanted to know us better. The cleaning was every day very well done. My grandson whom I took care of every afternoon was also welcomed by the hotelstaff. Everything made us feel very welcome.

Casa Quetzal is a quiet retreat in Sisal, a 15-minute walk from downtown. Beautiful center garden, quiet, comfortable rooms with good a/c and Wifi. Helpful, friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.

Everything was amazing, the location is perfect, a short walk from everything. The room was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated, as were the common areas. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were absolutely excellent, we loved everything about our stay here, worth every cent.

Nice swimming pool, a beautiful garden in the courtyard, clean pleasant rooms, and the hammock was very comfortable that I slept the night there. The rooms are very beautiful.

this is our favourite place to stay in Valladolid… the garden and pool area are beautiful and lush. The rooms are large, well appointed and quiet. the hotel is in Centro and within east walking distance to the main park , shopping and restaurants.The staff at Casa Quetzal are welcoming and helpful. it is also nice that the hotel includes a good breakfast with the price of our accommodation. Extras, like a custom omelette can be had for a modest surcharge.

Its a small thing but the shower is difficult to operate and has a low flow rate.

This is a beautiful quiet place in the city center, there is parking available. The garden is really nice and the staff is friendly. Many things to do within walking distance. The rooms are tidy and service is great. Some nice extra's available like massages and yoga.

Traffic could be heard outside our window however it is infrequent and it is in the city. There are rooms that don’t back to a street.

This is the place to stay, the pool and interior garden are beautiful, but the staff stole the show. They were so sweet in helping with our 16 month old son. Great family destination. The massage service was also 10/10. Located within a short walk to Frailes street, the best part of Valladolid.
