The lobby and rooms were completely outdated. It was uninviting and dark. No breakfast provided.

The staff was completely rude, especially José. He greeted us when we arrived and he was completely rude and nasty. Also, the address thats posted on the hotel is not the correct one, is false advertisement. In booking.com they have one address (not the right one) and in their website is a completely different one.

Room needed updating, no cutlery , cupboard doors hanging off , fridge so iced up it wouldn’t close. Did still work tho .

The floors were wet and dirty, AC wasn't working and one member of staff was very unhelpful on several occasions. We got locked out of our room as the key fob battery died, and no one could help. We ended up having to sleep in a staff room with no personal belongings until the next day, the night before check out

no lamp on night stand no electric outlets had to pull bed from wall to plug in cell phone elevator doors did not work properly and I got caught in it and it took a man to pry them open.

The whole building needs renovation, dirty walls and closet. No hot water in the shower, broken flush in the toilet. Seems close to the beach on the map, but closest public beach entrance is actually 20 minute away.

Great pool and outside area, perfect to hang out in the evenings. 15 minute walk to Coco Bongo and all the big parties. Good for spring breakers looking for the affordable housing. Some rooms get nice view.

The rooms are a little bit old and an awful smell came from the bathroom. We found a cockroach in the room. The beds were not so comfortable. Before 1 pm and after 11 pm there is no food or drinks to buy.

The restaurant has really nice food (french restaurant) but it is only open from 1pm to 11 pm. The garden and the proximity to the lagoon is nice, we even got to see a crocodile from the restaurant which was a really nice experience.

The hotel is very dilapidated and in much need of a good clean and an update! It does NOT look like the photos in person!! However, it is very cheap for that area so we found it great for a couple of nights when we first arrived in Cancun before travelling onwards. I would have been very disappointed if we had booked it for a week's holiday though.

Value for money, helpful staff. Room was very big, comfy beds + we enjoyed having a balcony. WiFi worked well. Had a good fridge. It's on a quiet street away from the main road and you can walk to where the main strip is in about 15 mins. There are some good cheap food places very close by. There's a water cooler in reception which also has hot water so you can make a brew. The flush broke on our toilet and it was fixed straightaway + good hot shower. Bed linen was clean but floors + surfaces not so much unfortunately.

The hotel is old, lot of things is not like in the photo (no micro on the room, kitchen in bad shape, cockroaches in the room, not very clean bathroom.

Location was good, not so far to the center, parking in the front of hotel and good wi-fi and HBO on the room. The pool is nice.

A lack of basic equipment in the kitchen (forks, knifes, kettle). The issues with the restroom. Not clean enough.

Location in Zona Hotelera. Next to the original tacos, quesadillas bars. A lot of space in the apartment (1 bedroom, livingroom, 2 air-conditionings). Nice view from terraces.
