There was no Air conditioning in our room and it was hot. We heard another customer complaining at front desk because of the same purpose. My breakfast on Monday had to be to go and when I tried to eat it it was sooooo salty I couldn't and there was a couple with a little boy who in that same morning they returned one of their plates because of the same reason but I never thought that this will happen to me too.

The pictures of the pool are misleading. The pool is really tiny. It’s more of a plunge pool. However there is a very nice view from the pool and rooftop bar.

There is no air conditioning - which was quite a shock to me since it’s the nicest hotel I stayed at during my 4 week travel throughout Mexico. Every other hotel was much less expensive but they all had air conditioning- so I would assume that a hotel at this caliber would have some. We asked the guest attendant about it and he looked at us stone faced without a response. We asked if we could leave the sliding door open, but there was no screen for the large window and you can get insects coming in…. He said very little. Some training of these guest attendants would be helpful. He should have simply said that it gets cool at night so all we needed to do was open the door and use the light curtain as a mosquito net (albeit anyone from the hotel could enter our room from the open deck door). Perhaps simply installing an air conditioning (and training the guest attendant and the front desk to answer their calls) would make this a 10 star hotel. NOTE: There is street construction going on for several blocks which was not mentioned anywhere prior to booking and it made it very difficult for my 86 year old mom to walk to as we couldn’t get a Taxi there. Plus, there are no elevators for the elderly, so that was a bit of a challenge.

It was a beautiful property with a fabulous roof deck with views of the water. The food and restaurant service were perfect. The ceilings were high and the bathroom was large a super swanky with a soaking tub and separate shower.

The pool on the roof terrace is smaller than I anticipated, and not really welcoming for swimming. I also was surprised the room did not have a mini-fridge.

The hotel is beautifully designed with lush landscaping that makes it feel like an oasis. The room was well-appointed with a very comfortable bed, great linens, and stunning bathroom. The enormous shower had excellent water pressure. We enjoyed a nice lunch in the restaurant, and were impressed by the quality of the food and cocktails.

The thin walls. We had to ask to change rooms because we could hear our neighbors through the wall. The front desk was very accommodating and asked us if we wanted them to ring our neighbors to keep it down but the neighbors were just conversing not partying. The front desk did get us a room on the other side of the hotel which was much quieter.

The hotel itself is very well maintained and the staff is very accommodating. The gardens are well kept and the views to town are incredible. The rooms are well set up with everything a guest might need.

They had an event at the restaurant and it was downstairs of our room. All day they were having a conference with microphones and we were unable to relax at the lovely terrace in our room. The food at the restaurant needs to improve.

I really enjoyed the place, is beautiful. The rooms, the shower and all the amenities are excellent. The service is great too. They try to please you everytime. I scheduled a Spa treatment at Rodavento and they arrange a transportation service for free. They allowed our pet to be almost everywhere. During our stay there was an event at the restaurant and they allowed us to get to The roof area with her. They also offered a bed and plates for her. Free water during our whole stay and nespresso capsules.

Every dish in the restaurant was great. Every staff member was really nice and caring. The hotel is in the street where all the stores are and about 5-10 minutes away walking from the church. Beautiful

The room and the rest of the building were beautiful. The location was excellent and Valle de Bravo was very charming. The service was great as were the bar and restaurant.

Wonderful location and staff, facilities could not be better, part of a three hotel group. Went to the spa for the most marvelous spa experience I have ever had at a very good promotional rate. Loved all of it.
