Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Restaurants are a bit light on good food and interesting dishes. I realize it's an airport hotel but some simple dishes to remind us of the country would be great if done well.
So convenient for a next day flight to stay here and then relax before going to the terminal. No worries about getting through Mexico City traffic to catch a flight

The breakfast buffet was extensive, but the cooked breakfast options were a little cold and not great.
V convenient location with a walkway straight into the airport terminal. Check in was easy, the room was big and there were blackout curtains which helped ease the jet lag

The food from room service wasn't very good.
I was concerned about staying at an airport hotel in Mexico City. Was it safe, would I have to take a taxi between the airport and the hotel. Information online stated that the airport was accessible on foot using a covered walkway about a block long. The airport information desk insisted that I take a taxi because it wasn't safe to walk. It was a short and relatively inexpensive taxi ride. I asked a porter about the easily walkable route to the airport, and he described it to me and showed me the first two steps along the route. It was very simple. After I arrived at the flight check-in area, I walked back to my room and then walked to the check-in and back to my hotel room just to be sure I knew where to go at 8:00 the next morning to catch my flight.

The staff was inattentive.
The food at the restaurants there was good. All the bathroom supplies were in my room, even toothpaste, toothbrush, razor and even shaving cream. I loved that!

The hotel's location close to the airport is so convenient for catching an early morning flight. We loved the comfortable beds, quiet and clean room. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Shower head either needs cleaning or replacing. Half the jet holes wasn’t letting any water out. Made for a very unpleasant shower.
The location is superb, you don’t have to physically leave the airport. Wee bit hard to find if you are not familiar with the airport. Very professional staff. Room was a good size. Ideal for 5am flight.

No where to easily go to see a little bit of Mexico City without needing assistance.

The communication on how to find their kiosk/office at the airport was basically horrible. A simple map would have helped a great deal. The description of between the Hertz office and Starbucks did not take into consideration that there were multiple Hertz offices in the vicinity. The airport information and staff was worse, sending us in a different direction depending on whom we asked. The staff at the hotel seemed perplexed and unable to help when we called for assistance. Searching over a half hour for this very small office was very frustrating.
The location and free shuttle made this a good selection.

This isn't a problem with the hotel, but signage to the closest metro station is very poor (this is a problem at the airport). The entrance to the hotel is located between Puerta 7 and Puerta 8 (follow the H logo), but the metro station is a very short walk from Puerta 1 (with the only Metro sign located at that door).
Located at the airport, which is very convenient if you have to catch an early flight and want to avoid an early morning commute. There are plenty of food options at the airport too. I was surprised not to hear any of the airplane noise from the room.

We stayed due to an overnight layover, this is a clean, comfortable airport hotel. Easy walk from the terminal, without going outside. The courtyard is sunny and welcoming. Staff was friendly and helpful. We ordered room service after a late arriving flight and the food was great.

The Hotel is perfectly located and they offer free Shuttle Services to go to the other Terminal. The room was really clean and spacious
