Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomI am a heavy sleeper, not usually perturbed by noise, but the smoke shop opposite have a speaker on full blast playing until 3/4am every day and it sounded like it was in my room! Consequently no sleep ☹️ We stayed for three nights and they didn’t clean it once! The kitchen sink had a leak so when we washed pots an ooze puddle appeared by the sink. There was no sponge or washing liquid provided, hardly any soap (three shampoo sachets). The bathroom often had a strong drain smell, and there’s no AC in the living room so it’s hard to share the cool air. Finally, breakfast is 2.5 blocks away in a different hotel and the waiter is incredibly rude. I asked him for hot water for a tea bag (they only had cheap instant coffee or green tea), and he shouted at me and humiliated my pensioner father. We didn’t go back for breakfast!
It was very a very beautiful space, cool inside with lots of lovely plans, the rooms were large, TV had Netflix, wi was strong enough to work online without interruptions, location was very central. Area feels very safe and secure, comfy beds, hot shower, etc. Owner let us store bags before check in was open too!

HungaryThe breakfast was not what I imagined. It is offered by a different provider two blocks away and their service was pretty poor. I recommend to take any of the Quad rooms, as the one-bedroom apartments on the first floor do not have a street view, these look on the inside balcony.
I really liked to stay at the hotel. I got a nice apartment on the second floor. The staff was pretty nice and helpful, although it is better if you speak Spanish. I would recommend this place. The quality-price ratio is excellent. The location is perfect. The overall communication with the host was prompt and satisfactory. Since I went on a work trip, internet connectivity was an important factor. The hotel has great internet connection.

United States of AmericaKitchen's accessories were a bit sparse (2 plates, one cup, cutlery for 2, small+big pots and pans and a strainer). It could use a vegetable peeler and a can opener and a few other accessories, such as dishwasher liquid and sponge. Now with the location. Please be aware that the building is on the corner of calle 26 (26th street) and Avenida 5 (5th Avenue being the main tourist drag with many a restaurant and bar and club...). For reference my room (23) is a corner room on the 2nd floor, right above a restaurant and bar. It was very loud at night but nothing a pair of earplugs can't drown out. However, if you're looking for a more quiet experience, maybe ask for a higher floor. The upside of the hotel being in that particular spot is that nothing is very far (Mega Soriana grocery store is a 5 minute walk, OxxO convenience stores are st every corner, currency exchange stores are all around and everything else is a stone's throw away).
The hotel is in a very charming building that is full of character. The interior courtyard and walkways/corridors really reflect Mexican architecture. The entire place is very, very clean and you get daily cleaning service (please don't forget to tip the "limpiadoras"/cleaning ladies daily as well, a few pesos will suffice). My 1 bedroom apartment was big enough for me and the kitchen was nice with a big refrigerator, a small 2 burner hotplate (I made do with it, however I would have preferred a range), a microwave oven and a blender. The bathroom was very nice with a big tile shower. Complimentary breakfast is simple (usually a combination of eggs with a side of fruit or chips and cheese) and is offered at a restaurant off-site (3 minte walk).

United States of AmericaMattress was the worst I've been on in a long time. Breakfast was located a few blocks down the road and they give VERY small portions (charged extra for milk for your coffee, etc.). There is no airport shuttle as stated on website.
Bruno and the rest of the staff are EXCELLENT. Very helpful. Room was sufficient, safe and secure. Could be "cute" with a coat of paint. Central location - balcony overlooking fifth ave was double-edged sword (loud music till 2a if you're into that).

United KingdomThe good rooms of the hotel all face 5th avenue directly. It is not a fault of the hotel, but the noise level is very high, with loud music from various bars and restaurants from early morning to midnight.. You definitely need ear plugs to sleep. It is not just this hotel. Many other hotels on or near 5th are blighted by the same problem.. Sadly, the local government seems not to lift a finger to help the hotel industry. And local commercial culture seems to use loud music to compete against each other. If you are sensitive to noise, ask for a room not facing 5th. They are older rooms but quieter. Rooms can be appear old and a bit disrepaired, but clean.
Excellent location, right on 5th avenue. All the staff was very nice, helpful and friendly. In particular, Máximo helped us resolving some issues with the room efficiently and professionally. The building itself is nice, with pleasant internal courtyards. Clean, with comfortable beds.

United States of AmericaThe only downside was that there was only one AC located in the bedroom. My daughter slept in the living room bed and it was pretty stuffy and warm even with the ceiling fan. we tried to cool the entire apartment down with the AC on full power but it was hard. they should put a second AC in the living room.
Location is perfect. It is in the “little Italy” area of PDC. it’s a quaint street just steps from 5th Ave.

CanadaIt was super loud til early morning because of the proximity of the bars. But earplugs did the job! Towels were changed only once during my 9-day stay. I wish they had been changed every 2-to 3 days but that's just me being a princess haha
The staff was very friendly and always happy to help. The location was fantastic. At the main avenue and 5 min walk to playa mamitas. The room was a good size and the housekeeping services were offered on a daily basis. The room had a safe to keep the valuables locked.

United KingdomBecause the apartment was on the 3rd floor, the water pressure wasn't great and the shower was cold. There was also a fair amount of noise from 5th Avenue below because our apartment was on that side, but it all stopped at around 1am.
Nice spacious apartment for the price. Close to the beach and right on top of all the action on 5th Avenue. We had 2x beds, one super king, and 2 balconies.
