Shower water was backed up after 2 seconds of showering, the entire shower stall would be flooded. The Pool was always crowded never got a chance to get in but that is understandable given it was a very busy weekend. Wifi was very poor in the room. Worked mainly in hallways or downstairs in the lobby.
The staff was super friendly and kind. The Location is so convenient to get around the city. It has some great food locations nearby as well. The room was comfortable

There was no coffee station on the pool area for those who go there early to relax.
The location was great but over the years that I have been going to Fiesta Inn, it seems that they have not been keeping up with upgrades for the hotel. Other than that, the staff was quite helpful and we enjoyed our stay

Only complaints are the food and drinks at the poolside restaurant were overpriced and not very good compared to the amazing breakfast - minor complaints for an otherwise excellent experience! Would stay here again 100%
We loved the rooftop pool. Air conditioning was good and strong, shower was warm with good water pressure, nice and quiet at night, beds were comfortable and they provided us with a cot for our youngest child. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Short walk to the Malecon or to the Museum of Mayan Culture. Free underground parking.

Belize1 review“OUR FAMILY TRIP TO FIESTA INN”1. The shower has glass doors and the water spills out. (When the door is closed, it is not sealed, and therfore water spills out.). 2. We booked a room to accommodate 4 people but only 2 towels were provided. We didn't notice until midnight when we arrived back and was going to take our shower.
I liked that the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable with enough pillows. The staff were friendly and the roof top pool area is beautiful. The view from the roof at night is amazing.
