Large room with a great view of the ocean. It is an older property, bathrooms could be updated (they were doing some work on the first level, not sure what was being done). Good location with plenty of food options within walking distance. Pool was nice, right on the ocean. This is located in a more "industrial" part of town, however we could walk to the restaurants and able to walk along the beach, which is what we wanted most.

It's no longer four stars. The sliding door to the balcony doesn't close properly, and it's always noisy with wind whistling in and construction sounds during the day, and noise from the port at night. The hot tub on the deck isn't functional. The furnishings and paint are a bit worn down. It needs a remodel to be four stars again.

Visited previously a few times. Wish jets on patio hot tub worked and more water pressure since took forever to fill and could have had hotter water. Hotel still under construction and repair from first visit 4 years ago and slow progress but adequate for our use.

Great location with nice beach to roam leisurely. Not crowded and short walk in either direction along beach and privacy galore. Great maid service, bed and shower with plenty of hot water.

Our room was a bit old, the fridge not working well, the shower pressure so-so. No water in the balcony spa but we didn’t want to use it anyway. Bed was very comfy and the view spectacular.

The location is fabulous. the Las Brisas neighborhood is full of bars and restaurants where we enjoyed one good meal after the other. The hotel is slightly off the main road, and right on the beach. The pool is big and clean and the staff very helpful. Long chairs and umbrellas are available to spend quality time on the sand. Communication was a bit difficult due to the language barrier but everyone made efforts. we would go back and stay there in a heartbeat.

The price was higher than usual for similar rooms and locations. There was a bad leak above bathroom sink.

The view from the balcony dbl room was phenomenal. The whole hotel and room were cute and have a lot of personality. The neighborhood was super adorable with lots of health based progressive restaurants.

Facilities were not clean and was in general disrepair - but by far the worst thing was foreign exchange fee charged by the hotel that increased to total cost of the stay by more than 20%.

The jacuzzi is a mini pool! It should be presented as a mini pool. Great on site food; wish the hours were less limited.

Huge room. Great terrace with mini pool. Proper aircon. Strong wifi. REFRIGERATOR. Many channels on tele. Always hot water. Accommodating staff, especially my senora. Netscafe in lobby. Beer for sale. Pretty pool. Literally feet from ocean. NOT a smoke free property.

The sharp(I mean) step 1 meter into the water and you are fighting a current. The staff desperately needs training. Rude upon entry, rude upon departure. I'd love to try again.

The restaurant next door to our hotel was OUTSTANDING. FOR ANYWHERE. They invited us for some type of presentation and we met people that lived there. The head could have roasted a chicken. This was the middle of July so they claim 2 days of summer amd back to normal. The ONLY thing I couldn't handle was a 4 foot drop at waters edge, brutal currents.. I'm sure there are less death defying beaches It is beautiful. And those meals were spectacular but reasonable.

I did not like that the cargo ships were sometimes in the way for pictures taken at the deck

The view was perfect! I loved that the hot tub was out in the view/deck area with openess to the sound of the waves. Defenitely recommend. Loved the decor as well!

The location was excellent. The hotel is right on the beach and the pool was a perfect temperature. All of the staff was super helpful in helping us find good restaurants and things to see. All the linens were fresh and our view of the harbour was excellent.

Friendly staff always willing to help you with any questions or concerns. Big room with a king size bed and beautiful ocean view. Nice swimming pool and beach just steps away. Everything very clean. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. Restaurant in hotel serves a great breakfast. Air conditioned. Great shower and toilet facilities in room.

Awesome cute little hotel we had a great time . We got the studio and it has an amazing view of the ocean. I will definitely will be coming back here again! Lots of bars and little restaurants walking distance!
