I agree with other reviewers, the pictures don't do capture the full beauty of the hotel and its attention to detail throughout the property. The staff are super warm and welcoming. Great location too.

We loved everything about the hotel. it is beautifully designed, a stunning colonial house beautifully renovated with a modern annex. the rooms are super comfortable, the bed was amazing, beautiful bathroom with great bathroom products. it has a beautiful courtyard with a pool, perfect for relaxing after walking around town. and the staff are super friendly and helpful, about 15-20’min walk from main square

rooms were a little small but this was fine for a short stay. there was however a semi-dead cockroach on our floor after we checked in, which we just disposed of ourselves

charming hotel building with a cozy feel. friendly staff - ernesto was really helpful as we had a very early start the next morning and they were kind to arrange a breakfast box for us to take along

The hotel is located in a very comfortable position with respect to the main attractions of the city. Every detail is taken into consideration in the furnishing of the hotel. The service is impeccable and the food is really good.

A Stunning hotel, immaculately clean, and the staff were superb. Only a 5 minute taxi ride from the centre ao excellently located. Although the hotel is on a busy road, the bedrooms are at the rear of the hotel so it's very quiet at night.

The only thing we felt could improve was the room service and food menu! Needs a bit more attention to details, and timing. But, again, the breakfast was excellent.

beautifully renovated colonial house with very nice modern rooms in the rear…. we had the junior suite which was spacious for the two of us… great services from front desk to house keeping! great breakfast and attention to our needs and requests! Nidia the manager and Ernesto who mans the night desk are so very helpful, from arrival to departure, we felt so well cared for and highly recommended the hotel.

Breakfast was excellent in terms of food and service. While not in the heart of old town cabs were readily available for a few dollars each way. Design ws incredible with a great mix of historical hacienda with modern amenities in the rooms.

Only thing is that the atmosphere could be a little bit more lively and for example the bar and inside the hotel common areas is empty and quiet, so you need to ask for service for example which is fine as the staff are very helpful, but would be good to have music and the bar open and encourage people to use the lovely areas inside to relax in.

The hotel is very beautiful, in a colonial style mansion, the rooms are spacious and modern, very big comfortable beds, great large shower and bathroom, the hotel has a lovely relaxing pool in a central courtyard, the breakfast was very nice, selection of fruits, breads, option of eggs and fresh juices. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, anything you need or questions you have they are there to help you. The location is in a good place close to the Santiago market which has great places to eat and the park with music and dancing on Tuesdays. A little bit further to the main plaza and big avenue around 20 minutes walking.

Incredible. Spacious room, great shower and comfortable bed. The staff is just incredible kind, supportive and amazing. The pool area is very beautiful. Breakfast great!
