The beds are not so comfortable, and the meals could have been better tasting

The staff was so nice, kind and accomodating. The facilities are in a great, accesible location and it's a great price! The rooms are beautiful and so spacious, and the breakfast buffet has a good variety

In the picture pool seems to be huge. It is too small and when you get a packed up weekend, it’s unbearable to stay at the pool. Too short, too cold. I feel Robbed just because of the advertising vs reality

Room was not representative like in pictures. No round face mirror on fixture just pointy screw sticking out( see pic) one lamp fixture was hanging by wire. Room could've been cleaner ( lint and hair on edges of whole wall where curtains hang. Without the air conditioning, room had no ventilation, quickly got stuffy when air off.

Great buffet breakfast, wonderful ambience, fresh handmade tortillas. Fairly quiet all around. Nice garden areas. If your a mall person, big modern mall a short walk away. Big business center where able to work.

The pool doesn't really get any sun, but the sunbeds around do so it balances out. The buffet breakfast wasn't included costs about £11 on a weekday and £15 on a saturday for adults.

Safe and friendly staff always able to help. Nice breakfast and breakfast staff. Nice pool and decent gym facilities, a good vibe. The room was nice and clean and modern, really comfy beds and great bathroom.

In general, the hotel is good no matter for services and location. If they can renew the rooms would be more great. The furniture and bathroom are looking old.

Definitely, the pool is so small compared to the size of the hotel. 10 people on it, is too much and you don't enjoy it.

The size of the bedroom was excellent, with a little sofa a desk and it's chair in case you need to work. Everything was so clean, tidy, all the furniture was in good condition. The lighting in the hallways was excellent, also clean and smelt really nice.

Everyone from the reception, the restaurant, the cleaning ladies, all the staff were absolutely helpful at all time. The room was big and clean. The breakfast buffet was good, the dinner at the restaurant was good too. We liked the pool, it is not very deep but good enough for some laps. The hotel is close to a big centro commercial.

The extra cost of the parking. The buffet breakfast is not included, so ask first. Staff very serious a little bit of friendliness will help.

The rooms are very comfy and clean. Very spacious in case you need to work in the room. The breakfast included is American so you know what you get. Very quiet and close to the Mundo-E shopping mall.

Concerning the food in the restaurant and from the room service, you never knew what to expect as the servings were never the same but different every day. Sometimes a dish was served abundant and with all garnishing while the next day the same dish was a small serving and the garnishings were missing. This happened several times. Although it was nice to have a coffee machine in the room, one coffee capsule per person per day was not enough. It was not possible to find that kind of capsules in a shop.
