Noise traveled from the corridors into the room due to the lack of carpets.

Good downtown location 5 mins walk from ADO bus station, with many eating places nearby. It’s a modern hotel with reasonable sized room and good facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.

The beds are a little stiff and our safe didn't work.

The location is right in centro where you can access many markets and restaurants on foot. Short cab, uber or bike ride to the beach. The staff was friendly, the facilities were well kept and the room was large. The biggest surprise was the breakfast which was exceptional. We started at adara in cancun then made our way through playa del carmen, cozumel, akumal, valladolid, izamal and merida and the breakfast at this hotel was one of the best meals we had on the trip.

It would be nice if there was a refrigerator in the room and the sheets could be softer. Still great for the price though.

We had a large room with good air conditioning. The hotel is close to good restaurants (including a great alley full of taco stands) and close to the ADO bus terminal. We were especially pleased by the quality of the free breakfast! It had lots of great options (including an omelet bar) and was quite tasty.

No much food option, no microwave no refrigerator in the hotel. My room was smaller than my family. Not much options. No parking at all. This is downtown Cancun not much to do in this area.

The gym cardio machines need some maintenance. It would also be nice if the hotel could provide mini-fridges for guests at least upon request. We had some dinner leftovers and there was no place to put them and the downstairs restaurant could not store the food for us either.

My son and I had a lovely short stay at this hotel in Cancun Centro and we plan to return for a bit of a longer stay in the near future. My son really enjoyed the pool and I must say the breakfast buffet was above my expectations and included some vegan/vegetarian options. All the staff were very nice, kind, and smiling. It was also nice to see an international clientele at the hotel. The location is a 6-min walk to the ADO stop and a 4-min walk to a great vegan restaurant.

Everything in the room is fairly old, eg bed is a bit squiqy. And you can here everything - what is hapenning at the corridor/other rooms.

The location is great - very close to bus station. Breakfast was extremely good, there was even a person who would cook whichever type of eggs for you. Staff at the reception - very kind and supportive.

There is only one chair in the room, so only one person could sit.

location is good. Close to ADO bus Station, easy to take R bus to hotel zone. Hotel is well maintained with a beautiful swimming pool. The check in guy was really nice and friendly. We got a quiet room with pool view.

I put a note request for a quiet room. The reception guy still gave us a room facing the street. It is noisy. The bacony was really dirty with birds droppings, we could not use the bacony. There is only one chair in the room.

Location is good. The lady at front desk is really helpful. The breakfast is good.
