No table and chairs in the room, only a vanity. No mini fridge in the room. No cushions on pool lounge chairs. Only one towel per person in the bathroom.

Pool area is very nice, hotel close to plaza grande. Breakfast was included and choices were unlimited.

Only one half of the room was lit! All the lights were over the bed, none on other side of room. As windows overlooked the corridor/internal courtyard , curtains had to be drawn for privacy, so no light through window either.

Lovely staff. Particularly Yuri on reception who was so helpful and approachable. Good location and pool.

Little mishaps in the communication. The restaurant staff does not speak any English at all and one particular day, a waitress lady was quite rude. Did not ask to top up the coffee or anything, was not attentive at all yet when came to the bill she managed to write down in English ‘tips not included!’ on the cheque. Some simple manners and customer skills would go a long way.

Good location. Clean rooms and all the basic necessities were available in the room.

Facilities were a bit worn and dirty. The rooms are located around the pool and bar and they play loud music until late. The bar was meant to close at 10pm but the music carried on until closer to 11pm our first night. Bad luck if you want an early night!

SATURDAY is kiddie day and the pool is packed with screaming kids. They crank up the music and let the kids run wild until 1025pm. Then they are all in the restaurant for the included breakfast on Sunday morning and other guests wait in line to get in but are ignored. They know they cant handle more diners but wont tell them to their face so they will let you just stand there forever. Asking for a quiet room on the booking form got me an extremely noisy room with a failing a/c system. They did move me to a better room the next day and that room was very good. The rooms along the street on the same side of entry are good. The ones with a pool view may be ok if it is NOT a Saturday.

I do not think I will return although this is now the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel, The cats were the big problem for us and the bugs at pool side

Room was clean and comfortable, the pool was lovely EXCEPT for the cats, family are very much afraid of cats and there were 3 at the pool side that would jump up on the tables, eat clients food, and just would not go away, even if shooed away they would come back in minutes and be right theree at your table. Fine of you like cats but we do not. Also very much enjoyed sitting at the pool bar BUT got eaten alive by bugs and suffered a bad reaction. That was not pleasant

Toilets and water pressure had some issues which was fixed later. The staff seemed uninterested in general mainly on their phones.
