Restaurant was Thai .It was a great Thai restaurant but just not every night and morning . There other hotels in walking distance but the quality was not up to the Mezzanine

Tulum is under construction and there is a fee to enter the parque arqueológicas . We’re the hotel is located

Everything at Mezzanine was amazing. The hotel is stunning, the amenities are great and the location by the beach is perfect. The hotel doesn't have a private beach, however they have access to the beach and it was almost private! The location is located in a "quiet area", restaurants, bars and night clubs are location 5-15min by car max, and some are accessible by foot. The staff was extremely attentive and dedicated to our wellbeing and safety. They made sure to pamper us during our stay. I would like to particularly thank Liz and Abdel for their help and recommendations. Will surely come back!

The property is inside the national park, which has it's pros and cons. Pros is that it is beautiful. Cons - it is currently under a lot of development and construction. They are building roads and train tracks which will drastically change the area. Getting back in to the hotel takes an extra 20-30 minutes every time by car, and you need to go through security checkpoints, which is not ideal.

We chose the 'non view' room. The room was clean and very spacious with a very comfortable king size bed. The hotel is on the quiet end of Tulum which suited us and we felt safe at all times. The staff were fantastic especially Alejandra at the concierge desk. They also made the best classic margaritas of our trip!

Everything was excellent, the service, the room, the food at thai Restaurant. It is peaceful here, differents areas to be, good drinks. best hotel in Tulum. I will come back here.

Everything at the property was perfect. It is a little hard to move around without taxi that would be the only thing. They do have bikes but it’s a decent ride to get to the town and back and if it rains it pours so just be prepared. However, I’d you want to chill this is the place. The beach right below is beautiful and there’s no real need to go anywhere else.

Beautiful cozy property, felt very cozy and taken care of. Will definitely be back!

Stepping into paradise. Immaculately clean. Lucious green trees and plants, with the sound and smell of the ocean, the trickling water from the fountain of the beautiful plunge pool and then the best part - the ocean view. The location is prime, access to beach straight off the hotel decking.

Loved everything.

The environment was breathtakingly beautiful. From the first greeting to the departure, we were treated as family with the highest regard to hospitality and service. The hotel creates an exquisitely desirable appeal to invite romance, comfort and luxurious vibes. Will definitely be returning.

Everything was ok, but maybe they could stop accept children in the restaurant because it’s an only adults hotel and We had choosen because We did not want to hear kids crying.

Our stay was wonderful, We wish spend more days, but We have to back home. Staff is very nice and location is perfect. When we arrived we receive a welcome margarita and Staff offered us a complementary margarita in “mi amor” boutique hotel, it was beautiful and very quiet. Happy hour was great, specially for “mezcalinas”.

Seaweed in ocean didn’t make it possible for us to use the beach. But that wasn’t the hotel’s fault and we just went to a beach club two doors down.

We had the most amazing room with a private jacuzzi! Also the staff were incredibly, especially David and Abel at front desk. Really treated us like royalty.

I don’t like that there was one way only traveling on the roadway. We had to walk quite far with my suitcase to reach the property. I also don’t like that the pool was so little!

The room was stunning, the grounds were equally as beautiful! I felt relaxed the moment I stepped foot on the property.

amazing location on beautiful part of the beach inside the National park. walk to the Tulum ruins in 20 mins by the beach. the room was beautiful and the loungers with sea view were spectacular. the staff are amazing and so friendly. the restaurant was great too. and you can use the facilities at the sister hotels nearby.

careful if you arrive by taxi the archeological area is close after midnight
