The check-in process is long and tedious. The check-out process is also too long and complicated. Their reservation system is archaic at best.

The location is the best feature this hotel has going for it. The resort is very nice, if a little dated.

Ordered from menu, omelet, bacon ...bacon excellent, did not like omelet, got egg white omelet, ordered vegetable egg white omelet. Did not get fruit that was ordered.

The facilities are getting a little tired looking but still very comfortable. We had requested a sea view but at checkin there were none available but after 2 days they were able to move us.

The buffet was not very good. The pool side snack shacks was amazingly good though. Huge portions as well. Also didn’t like that it advertised 3 restaurants but we could only book one night. It’s all inclusive so that shouldn’t be allowed to be excluded. Also the kids club isn’t free and you have to drop them off and as the parent aren’t allowed to stay. Which I get a little but their should be an option for where parents stay but maybe in a parent lounge where I can still watch my kiddos.

Water slide for the kids was a huge hit. Pool was really big so even though there was a lot of people it wasn’t crowded. The beach is perfect for little kids and boogie boarding.

recently had the pleasure of staying at Paradise Village, and I must say it was a truly exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming staff who made me feel right at home. The room I stayed in was absolutely fantastic. It was spacious, immaculately clean, and elegantly designed. The highlight of the room, undoubtedly, was the enormous and incredibly comfortable bed. It felt like sleeping on a cloud, and I had some of the best nights' sleep I've ever had. The attention to detail in the room's decor and amenities was truly impressive. What truly sets Paradise Village apart, however, is the serene and peaceful atmosphere that envelops the entire property. The lush gardens and well-maintained grounds create a sense of tranquility that's hard to find elsewhere. It's the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The staff at Paradise Village were consistently friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist with any requests, making me feel like a valued guest. Whether it was recommendations for local dining options or arranging transportation, their hospitality was top-notch. In summary, my stay at Paradise Village was nothing short of perfect. It's a beautiful haven with luxurious rooms, the comfiest bed you can imagine, and a staff that goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is memorable. We don’t like having to wear a plastic wrist band. We like the fact that the floors in the room and hallways are tile because it is easier to see if they are clean but it can get pretty noisy when people are coming and going in the hall and you are trying to sleep. You are supposed to be responsible for cleaning the dishes in the room yet dish soap was not provided.

The property has everything you need to enjoy your stay. There are three pools to choose from, a pool with water slides and activities going on, another pool that is for people that want to enjoy the pool without the noise and activity, and a third pool that is a lap pool. The rooms have a kitchen and there is a store at the mall next door in case you would prefer to eat in. You can walk along the beach for miles. There is a convenient taxi stand and a car rental place if you would like to explore off the property.

The hallways are tiled which made it really noisy at night. The bed was small and really uncomfortable. Your supposed to do your own dishes in the kitchen yet no dish soap is supplied. The price is a bit high.

The location and activities offered are a plus. Having a kitchen is a nice alternative to eating out.

The Skybar!!!

The Copan Skybar is absolutely beautiful but a complete joke. It should be a cash only bar, no reservations and every table should be full at all times. If you would.like for that bar to make alot of money please contact me. Whoever is running that should be fired immediately!!
