You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThey could have honored my booking request to get a room in n the main floor within stairs. I accepted the second floor since the only change of room they offered was close to double the price. There are stairs everywhere animist of them have no railing, which poses a real difficulty for me with knee arthritis and less than perfect balance. Every time I came to my room I was worried I might fall. There is enough space to build an elevator, and I am puzzled why they do not do it tales in the more trusted areas.
It is a nice and well kept place. Housekeeping does a fabulous job to keep it all sparkling clean. I like the facility to have room service without extra charges and the location is very central but well away from the noise of traffic and foot crowds of Glorieta Tlatenango. The restaruant has good prices and good value for money, but with little limited menu. I never got sick and I ate saldas and juices prepared on premises, so cleanliness if excellent .

United States of AmericaThe food at the restaurant is not great, quite tasteless. Rooms in the annex of the main building are very basic (very little and very simple furniture) and have no AC. The bed was so-so.
The garden and the spa are great. Really beautiful. I enjoyed the swimminpool very much, specially during the week when the hotel was almost empty. The location was convenient for me, although it is far from downtown Cuernavaca.

United States of AmericaTV and wifi doesn't work. TV has Netflix but we were unable to connect. Our room was over a road and it was noisy sometimes. The quality of the food in the restaurant could be improved. Some locations of the hotel look abandoned.
Nice gardens, quiet pool, friendly staff, good location, free parking, good service.
