They weren't replying to me in the booking chat about the check in. At the day of my stay though they sent an instruction that was very clear

Overall, the hotel had a very positive impression, when you start paying attention to some details, you note the curtains are dusty and the string to pull them open hangs loose. The shower had a noticeable smell of humidity. As for the decoration of the room and building, it saw it’s better days. The plant with their poor condition did not add charm. These details come of relative importance when compared with the price of the room.

Very clean room and building, comfortable bed and functional layout of the room. Very friendly staff. Consistent looks and feel of the modernist architecture style the building was built in.

you never see the staff around and the property doesnt have a sign so is difficult to find it when you arrived

We had no chance to eat the breakfast, first day because we did not wanted, second day because was holiday and the restaurant was not open. The property did not contact us giving other possibility.

It’s not a Hotel, as is indicated , more an airbnb, so without reception and a code to enter via a digital door lock … When I was asked to pay via a link sent via a person, I couldn’t because my credit card wasn’t accepted, and that was very strange because it was exactly the same card I always use via booking.con…. not good and complicated, because now a person showed up in the place to make sure I was going to make the payment alright, via a different mobile device. Not cool because we had to wait before going out etc. Other thing not practical was the mini fridge placed 1.5 m from my bed so too close too much noise

Inside patio looks nice, but rooms open up on that side only, so no view and little light. Only rooms with street view are light. Breakfast was good, though no buffet, just 1 coffee, 1 juice and 1 egg sándwich , and it was in a Café next door.

We had two rooms, one overlooking the main road whilst the other looked out to the court yard. It’s single glazing so if you get allocated a roadside apartment it’s quite loud.

Situated in a great location, easy walking distance to nearby attractions and a nice breakfast served at the cafe next door. Staff were friendly and helpful.

No real lobby or common area and hotel staff is not present in person. Room did not have much closet space and was missing an iron/ironing board.

The first room I was in had no windows outside but they were accommodating and switched me to a room with windows when i asked. The building shakes when big trucks go by which is a bit unsettling and the noise from the highway is loud (but I live in a city so it didn’t bother me too much)

The breakfast was delicious, would not have been worth the money without that.

The room was small and dark- and we had the ‘Felix’ with windows. There are rooms facing the courtyard with zero day light. Overall after seeing the pictures we were expecting an amazing place and were left a bit disappointed. It’s a comfortable and good place, just sit. expect too much.

It’s a cute hotel in a nice neighborhood. The room was very clean and modern. Loved the self check in.

What I didn't like is lack of reception where someone is always present. Bathroom was really small and felt cluttered. I didn't find blow drier. Also it was a little cold in the room.

Hard to find with unmarked door. The staff were not necessarily on site (there was no reception) and I had to arrange a time in the evening when they could come and take payment

There's no A/C, which I think is relatively common for the city. If you're used to sleeping in cooler temps and need some air, I'd recommend asking for a room that looks out onto the street!

More information about check in prior to arriving would have been useful, including what the outside of the building looks like (theres no sign). I arrived 5am in tbe dark by myself and had to ring the bell for about 5-10 mins before anyone answered and I wasn’t even sure I was in the right place. Shower pressure wasn’t great, I managed for the two days, any longer would have been a hair disaster.

Nicely designed modern minimal room, super comfortable bed and linen. The small room was perfect size for one person, two might be a squeeze if you had big cases. Location was great in Condesa, easy to walk to nice eateries, felt safe. I would describe this place as a Bed & Breakfast vs a hotel really, as theres no facilities or desk but it was good value for money and perfect for a short 2 day stay.

no fans, no AC and our room was loud. at first the room we booked was dirty. while they were quick to fix and move us rooms it made us doubt how well the rooms were cleaned. also there is no front desk and the front door to hotel did not lock.
