We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsWe had a broken bathroomdoor that looked terrible and didn't close properly so was banging because of airflow all night. The room was big but without any decoration or logical placement. More of a big hall than a family room. I checked other rooms and they were ALL nicer. There is 1 lightswitch and this is bright, no nightlights or any seperation in the room.
It was in a nice street in the center, we could walk to the market, nice stores and all the good restaurants. Even their restaurant had a nice menu. Staff was friendly and rooms spacious, we also liked the parking space away from the road.

BelizeThere must have been a drainage issue with our room in particular because it smelt very bad. We only noticed it with our room and not the other party’s room. However, their beds were not as comfortable as ours.
The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. There is a lift so no need to walk up the stairs with your luggage. The rooms were very spacious and the bed was soft.

This is my second time there, I have seen improvement. The female receptionist was so, so kind at the time of our check in. The room was clean, The wifi I can say was working good. Its on center of the city which makes it close to the main shopping places, just a few minutes walk from the malecon. Cannot complain
