Too far from the center of town. No mini fridge in the room. Limited shuttle to the center of town. Only breakfast option was a Buffay. They should have better access to drinking water for their guests.

The staff was really nice and helpful, taxes were easy to take when the shuttle wasn’t available.

the hotel's locaion is a bt out of it and you have to walk along main roads/v quiet streets at night, to get to the hotel . Breakfast isn't included unless you want to pay for the weekend brunch deal

My bed was so comfy and I loved my room that was right near the hotel's beautiful swimming pool. I was so sad to be here only one night as the swimming pool was simply fantastic. The bar overlooking the city was also nice.

Not the level of service we're accustomed to in Mexico. Poor service in the restaurant in particular and the food wasn't great.

The grounds are beautiful. The hotel is a beautiful grand dame. She could use a bit of updating.

Decent room in need of some updates (super confusing shower controls, dated decor, uncomfortable balcony furniture). The pool was nice, but no amenities. Had to search for a server to order drinks. All in all, you could see how this was once a wonderful property, but it all seems a little dated, and the location up a steep hill makes walking from Centro difficult.

Check in could have been more helpful we wanted 2 beds in a standard room but were refused. We had to upgrade and pay more for another room. Transport into town was very infrequent. Not very helpful running only hourly.

Breakfast was amazing. Pool was lovely but a little cold. Staff at the door were super helpful with bags and taxis. All staff very friendly and helpful.

We found the restaurant to be over priced and the food mediocre. A suggestion for improvement would be to have a small refridgerator in each room.

We liked most everything about our stay. The entire property is clean, staff are professional and friendly, the beds are very comfortable and we enjoyed the view of the city.

There was a highway near the hotel which was a bit noisy from the location of our room. It was not noticeable with the patio door closed. It was a bit far from the downtown area so we had to take a taxi to leave and return to the hotel. You probably could have walked to the city center and taken a taxi back but it was hot when we were there.

The staff were very friendly and always willing ty help. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

I thought this hotel would be nice and quiet away from the hustle and bustle, and it was (the pool area is beautifully serene during the day), however this was ruined by loud music / dj coming from the restaurant / bar area later at night (even though I was on the 3rd and highest floor). It was so loud I couldn't sleep - I thought I was booking a hotel room not a nightclub!! Otherwise had a great stay, but this aspect really detracted.

Great pool and gardens, amazing views over the city, peaceful location but still not too far to walk to the centre of everything!

I think it needs to be handicap friendly. Should have a cashier to withdraw money. Couldn't buy the beautiful things you had because of lack of money. I believe that you should let us charge to my credit card. Also rooms should have king size beds. The hotel overall needs some upgrades. Such as paint. There was only 2 coffee mugs and we were 3 people in the room. Asked for an additional coffee mug and it took I believe 3 days to get one. Same thing for the water bottle. Only 2 bottles were left. Asked for an additional bottle and we never received it.

Breakfast was excellent. I think that the property is not handicap friendly. Was difficult to go down to the swimming pool.

It is not adequate for elderly guests as it has plenty of staircases but no elevator. This should be mentioned somewhere as accessibility is a deal breaker for many people. Also the quality of meals in room service and the bar where quite disappointing. Finally the water from the shower was not really hot but rather "not cold".

The general facilities are quite old but cool, the pool is big and very well kept, the views of the city from the bar are spectacular. Rooms are very spacious and beds are super comfortable.

This hotel is older and outside of the town center so you need to take a taxi or have a rental car to get in to Oaxaca. The restaurant is only OK so you have to leave the area by car or taxi to get to the better restraints that Oaxaca is known for. There is an outdoor concert venue right next door and one night there was an extremely loud music concert that went on until well after 2 AM. It was terrible and we were unable to sleep. View from our room was not very nice.

The hotel is nice enough with great views of the city from the balcony bar. The pool is very large and we did enjoy swimming as it was quite hot. The hotel is private with a gated entry and security on duty.
