This place was a nightmare to find. We drove around for more than an hour and a half. The guard at the gate to the complex had no idea where the place was. The signage on the glass of the building was extremely difficult to see. Written driving directions need to be provided!! We were the only guests, so the front door was locked. We had to call and wait for someone to come to open up the building, check us in and show us to our room. The pool was not being cleaned often and there were some leaves in it. Once we found the place and were in, things were great and the accommodations were very nice.

The room was excellent and the location was great with some private dining and places to get a drink close by. The bathroom shower and tub and the living room areas were especially nice! The staff did a great job cleaning and providing fresh towels every day.

Having the villa to ourselves was an absolute dream and vacation to remember, the hospitality and daily chef made breakfasts was the best. It was okay for us because we speak enough Spanish but when we checked the person only spoke Spanish. If someone didn't speak any Spanish that might be a little difficult. We weren't given any instructions for check in so when we arrived the door was locked. We just walked in through the kitchen and found the guy to check in with. Also you had to leave $100 deposit in cash only. I didn't remember reading this when I booked but luckily we had enough cash with us.

The staff were all very friendly. Raul was very sweet and Leandro was very informative and helpful. The cleaning lady even found that I left my prescription glasses in the room when we checked out and immediately returned them to me. The staff gets an A++. The room was very clean, spacious, and beautiful. It was a very peaceful location.

It's a quiet location indeed but it's nowhere near Tulum. There is nothing to do close by, while Tulum is 25 minutes by car.

The staff do their utmost to assist but the whole operation is a bit chaotic. One day breakfast is delivered on a golf cart (and arrives cold), the other day we are ferried away by the same golf cart to another property where we can have breakfast.

This is not against the property at all. However, one guest who appeared to be upset at our presence during breakfast really made the breakfast uncomfortable. The chef, and our butler REALLY went out of their way to make us feel even more welcome and special because of that guest's ugly attitude. We LOVED that although they didn't have to do that, they acknowledged that guests behavior, and treated us so warmly. THANKYOU!

Breakfast was made to order at your specified time. I loved the personal touch, and the chef was so nice and friendly. The butler service was wonderful. It was so nice to see everyone's smiling faces during the day. They were so welcoming, and always ready to assist with any request. I loved communicating via WhatsApp. We felt connected and taken care of at the property the entire time. There is free parking in front of the property and on the street, there is free bike rentals, and the food comes stocked with soda, water, beer and candies that you pay as you eat. They also have a full menu and you can go to the clubhouse and eat in the restaurant.

For such a high end place, I would expect the pool to be in a much better condition and better/bigger (choice) breakfast + we waited 15 min to get our 100 euro deposit

Room service (food) takes a while

Awesome, huge suite, lovely set up with pool and jungle feeling. Be aware, you‘re in the middle of the golf resort (which of course is ideal if you play golf), beaches a short ride away though.

They need to revise the directions to mention you should enter through the main entrance and maybe what it looks like.

The villa itself was gorgeous, the staff were amazing especially Carlos. We did get lost when we first arrived because in the directions they sent us it did not state that there would be more than one entrance into the property but Carlos was nice enough to meet us so we could follow him. We went for our honeymoon but we will definitely be back with our entire family, hopefully we can rent out the villa for a week

I didn’t like that you have to pay extra for little things that from a place of this category should be offered, like the water in room, the coffee capsules (2$ each) I found it abusing, if you order something (bacon) for breakfast you have to pay for it… those things make the guests feel uncomfortable and it looks seedy.

There is nothing around the property. Tulum is 20 minutes away by car. However, they do have golf cars that take you to the beach for free

Location was tough, we wanted to get into Tulum to go sightseeing and often had to wait to call a cab - local drivers weren't too sure where it was located and often tried to charge us high (tourist) prices which we couldn't debate as don't speak Spanish

Beautiful large suite with pool right outside. Bathroom was lovely, the shower was massive (could have had 2 shower heads). Bed was large and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Would have liked to play tennis, the golf course looked good. Nice access to the private beach. Ahi Tuna Tartar and guacamole was excellent! Breakfast omelets were good.
