The only issue we had was with the back door knob, which was stiff and needed both of my (arthritic) hands to open. Probably just needs a drop of oil!

We found Ocean Breeze to be very comfortable, very well-equipped, and well located. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook the few simple meals we prepared (actually we could have cooked more complex meals, but we were on holidays! The living area was ample with comfortable seating. There is a TV and DVD player (BYO DVDs - Norfolk Island TV isn't much, and there were very few DVDs in the library - don't bring Blu-rays). The bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom was fairly spacious with plenty of hot water. The whole unit was spotlessly clean, and the view across the ridge to Philip Island was wonderful.

Great location with an amazing view of Phillip Island from our loungeroom/patio. The peace and quiet of the units and surrounds was fantastic, particularly because you have all the windows open for that beautiful ocean breeze to go through. All facilities you could possibly need were provided. Great to have beach towels also. Hospitality was above and beyond, such as being collected personally on arrival from the airport and shown all facilities by our host, Fiona. We were also offered hire car for the time until our flight which was later than usual. Mid stay clean was also appreciated. Nothing was any trouble with the management provided by this team.

There is nothing to dislike at all.

Location is excellent, with water and island views, short 5min walk to several restaurants, 3 min by car to town. Spacious very well maintained accommodation with great host. The ocean breeze is very pleasant and keeps the villas extremely comfortable. Thank you Fiona.

Neat, compact bungalow accommodation with all requirements for a week stay. Kitchen and laundry were well equipped. Spaces within bungalow are all well sized, no feeling of being cramped. Plenty of natural light and windows throughout that can be opened. Fan in the bedroom ceiling. Covered verandah to sit and eat out on with quiet rural view.

Can’t criticise it!

It was private and had spectacular ocean views as cows meandered past. The sunsets were a delight. Great location making the most of all Norfolk Island has to offer. In the past Ive stayed in two other places on the island- a little closer to town but I could still walk to town from Ocean Breeze and the views were way more important. I didn’t realise what I was missing in my previous stays. Owner was very accommodating with checkout. The kitchen was well equipped. Free wifi a bonus. Home away from home but with exquisite views!

There was nothing we didn't like - the hosts have truly thought of everything and the cleanliness was superb.

Everything about Ocean Breeze was perfect and the hosts were super helpful both before and during our stay. We arrived at Christmas so Fiona stocked the fridge for us so we didn't starve 😃. The location is perfect and the facilities amazing - the apartment has everything you need including beach towels and a washing machine with laundry powder supplied. Note that the photos were taken on leaving so we had stripped the bed and all the towels were piled up in the bathroom.

Clock and one bedside lamp not working.

The cabins were coupled with good sound proofing, views of the ocean, Phillip Island and cock crowing as your morning alarm. The S/C units had well equipped kitchen, bathroom had lots of hanging space for towels etc, and clothes. On the property, open areas for gardens and lawns, a large separate, communal guests' building with 2 long wooden tables and seating for many, fridge, urn for tea and coffee making and toilet. Another shed nearby, specifically for BBQ'ing and a full sized tennis court which we used. Very tranquil setting for a relaxing holiday.

Only downside was that WiFi was only accessible outside the cottage.

Great location, clean and comfortable facilities. Owners do a great job in providing the extra little things you would normally not expect to find such as picnic basket, paper towel, gladwrap, reusable food containers etc. very handy when going for a bbq or using the community kitchen facilities.
