We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Norwayroom error: we booked as a double room but after we had started to unpack realised it was only set up as a single room , so had to repack and move to another room
reception staff where very helpful and changed our room quickly when there was an error and also recommending an excellent Italian restaurant across the road.

NorwayThe bed was very hard, some like it like that, I like it softer. Only one small pillow, asked for a few more, they could only give us one. Should have been at least two pillow per person. Kinda dusty. Parking nearby is very expensive, but thats not the hotels fault. Free parking on weekends.
Very good breakfast regret not feasting more, the hotel is very modern and cool. Lobby is very nice. Staff were nice. Easy to get to the hotel, grocery and pharmacy near by. Lots of mall and stuff nearby.

Nice atmosphere in the hotel lobby and breakfast is served there. Hotel rooms ok, no complaints at all. Breakfast was ok and even I went there during peak hours it was easy to find space to eat. Good walking distance to city center.
