I was afraid I’d get attacked by a bear (I’m a city person 🤷🏽‍♀️)

Very cozy little house, close to the other houses but far enough you feel alone in the forest (in a good way). Has all the facilities needed, kitchen utensils and a washing machine The Hostess offered to drive me from Flåm to the house, and made sure I had all I needed. She also answered on the chat really fast.

Wonderful views from the cabin to the valley floor and river, and opposite mountain side, with a waterfall. Very pleasant and service-minded host, who even picked us up from the nearby railway station (Håreina) - which we also used to travel back (hand signals to stop the train). Cabin was clean and well equipped.

The owner is very hospitality. And cabin location is very good with nice view of the river and waterfall. Also it's near to historical church and close to Flam Railway Station. A wonderful place here, particularly free apples as many as you can eat.

Beautiful location, adorable cottage. Our hosts picked us up and brought us to grocery store and then dropped us at the property.

It was made totally clear when we made the reservation, but still, we didn't quite comprehend that it just wouldn't be possible to get back and forth from the house to town by walking or public transportation, especially since we were traveling with small kids. The house would be best for a family traveling by car, or at least with bicycles, in which case it is absolutely perfect and I couldn't recommend it more highly.

Thank you for a lovely stay! The property is a little bit outside of Flam, and we weren't sure how to get there, but the owner picked us up in her car and drove us over. She also helped us figure out how to get back to town for dinner, and picked us up later. The house is small but very very cute, spotlessly clean with a beautiful view from the front porch. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the beds are very comfortable. My kids loved picking apples from the old trees in the yard. The owner made us feel extremely welcome, and was so communicative and helpful to us. We only spent one night, but would have been happy to stay longer.

Everything was up to standard

Everything was perfect. Location, cleanliness. The hostess was very kind. She picked us and dropped us off the station because we had no car. We really enjoyed our time there, a lifetime experience. We will definitely come back to stay more days as soon as we get a chance.

The cottage was incredibly beautiful and situated away from the bustle of tourists along the harbor. The view was amazing, and we would go back in a heartbeat if given the opportunity. We would have loved to stay longer.

We can't complain about a thing. It was a fun stay and the owner is just a lovely lady.

No breakfast because we had a fully equipped kitchen that was so nice. The location was a bit of a hike to the town but our hostess helped us by driving us into town. We had a view of the waterfall.

Lovely cabin close to Flam with beautiful wooden interiors. The place had an amazing view and we got great photos. The lady managingvthe property was responsive by chat and even dropped us next day morning to the flam city center. Loved our stay here ❤️

Not one thing…Everything was perfect!

The hosts were incredibly kind and helped us with transportation from Flam to Hareina (short 2.7 miles away). Beautiful view of water fall, sheep and Apple orchards. We’ll laid out cabins with everything you need, including layout and comfy beds!

Amazing views and great value for money. Also nice that it is a little secluded. 3 minutes drive from Flam centre where there are a lot of tourists. Here you can truly experience the amazing natural beauty.
