Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

I miss that they didnt oil the doors since they made lots of noise, so much that I waked up every time someone opened a door nearby during the night. It was also so hard to open the door to our room that my 5 year old daughter could not make it alone. The hot chockolate machine didnt work and I dont drink coffee, I missed the hot chockolate. At arrival the receptionist said that breakfast is served from 7:30-10 am, that was fine on Saturday and Sunday, but on Monday when we came to eat at 9:22 am a lady was about to take away the food and said that breakfast is served until 9 am during weekdays. We didnt know that so she let us take food before she took everything to the kitchen. I searched their web page to se if the weekday timing was written there but couldnt find any information about it so I wonder how we were supposed to know.. I prefer to take a little more food during a meal along the way since I am not that good a planner to know exactly how much I will eat for breakfast...
The staff was very friendly, smiling and supportive. The food at breakfast was good. I like that they also served fruit at all times. The livingroom gave me a young atmosphere. I like the view through the windows from the dining hall. It was walking distance from the city center (10-15 min).

Nothing not to like.
Fairly basic hostel accommodation with bunk beds. You have to put the bedding on yourself and the bathroom is shared. But the place is super clean, with friendly staff, a great breakfast (included in the price) and fantastic views from the breakfast balcony, where you can also chill with a drink in the evening. Outstanding value for money in an expensive country, and an ideal stopover if you're on the long drive south towards Oslo or Torp airports.

The location was a bit of a walk, but it was worth it. The bathroom wasn't that nice and the showers had no locks, just curtains, so everyone could walk in.
Amazing price for a hostel in Norway. The breakfast was great, in my opinion quite luxurious (e.g. smoked salmon, eggs, salad, different types of fresh bread and yoghurts). The dorm had a sink and I had the dorm to myself!

Perhaps having a more substantial and comfortable sofa would have made our room better, particularly if we had stayed at the hostel more during the day.
We liked the site facilities even though didn’t have time to use the tennis courts. We enjoyed the lounge and ordered a pizza one evening which was lovely. Breakfast was good and it was great that we could grab a tea or coffee during the day. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Rooms are very small for 4 beds and mattress could be renewed as it had a large dent in the middle. Oh yeah, and the dude that was snoring (facepalm)
Breakfast was very good, clean, parking spaces, one of the room neighbors was great person to talk to.

The facilities were old and rusty. The toilet was leaking. The cleaning was poor. The breakfast was not good at all. The beds were awful! The place was called an apartment on Booking, but it was a cabin!
