The fact the we had to clean it ourselves or else get charged more . Cleaning should be included in the price in my opinion. The oven and bench tops weren’t clean when we walked in.

First of all, this place is not so close to Lillehammer. when we checked in, we got a document with all the instructions about it like: you have to clean your apartment before leaving, like windows, floors, toilets, etc. or you have to ask for cleaning before you come for 80 euro. After entering the first parking place, there was no sign anywhere that mentioned the reception being 200m further up the road. Soon we discovered that there were no towels and bed sheets so we had to rent 3 kits (1 per person). The location as to where to deposit your full bags of waste are not clearly marked and the big containers outside are all locked for some reason so we had to ask for information. last but not least, we aked for possible breakfast or luch cause this place is in an area where nothing was open (just a small supermarket at 8 km for this place) and we were told that it was low season so these meals were not available.

Beautiful cabin on a beautiful place. You have everything what you need there, including private sauna whenever you want for free, and it is near by crosscountry skiing tracks (5 minutes by walk). The accommodation was cozy and clean. I can recommend it!

We stayed in this apartment during April as a one-night stop during a road trip with no intention of skiing. We rented it for 1 night for about 150 euros witch was an excellent price for what the apartment offered. We had a little trouble finding it because we arrived late at night and everything was covered in snow but from there on everything went very smoothly. It was very clean and spacious and it offered everything we needed and more.

For XC skier, location was great. It's between Sjusjøen and Pellestova. So you have lots of tracks nearby 👌

Tight fit apartments for the upper capacity. Bedding & towels extra. Office 200m from apartments, no help with baggage or sheets offered. 2berth apartments have limited views as they are behind a snow bank.

Our 6th time here Nordic skiing. This time with the kids after a 5 year break. Perfectly located right next to the piste, with a network of tracks going short and longer distances. Small village shop with just about enough to get you through the week, although Kiwi in Susjoen is only a 35 min ski away, or a great run down to Lillehammer with a bus back. Apartment is warm, great views and facilities. Fairly basic compared to many UK similar apartments, but the sauna is a nice touch.

The sauna was a bit of a disappointment. Took ages to warm up and yet it was cold at the feet level. The front door was rather draughty.

The staff at the reception are friendly and helpful. The essentials in the apartment worked well, and the view was very good, capturing all the best New Year's fireworks around Nordseter.

Cleaning was an additional charge - not specified until the booking was finalized. Linen had to be hired, it was mentioned but I missed it.

The location was superb. The beds were very comfortable. It's a short drive to the nearest supermarket. Nice bonus to find a private sauna in the unit.

We were surprised by the absence of bedlinen and final cleaning. We didn’t see/notice this information in advance. The final cleaning costs almost the same price as one night = 800 NOK. Bedlinen costs 100 NOK/bed. You realize that your need to pay for these “extra” things only after you check in. It’s super sad because expectations are different from reality. Of course, it's not mandatory, you can clean by yourself and use your bed linen. But when you book the apartment you don't know about it. It’s ok to allow clients to pay less by not providing bedlinen and cleaning, it works ok for someone and sounds reasonable, just tell about it transparently in advance. The main disappointment is the feeling of being fooled.

It has a sauna, kitchen with an oven and all necessary cutlery and crockery. Large terrace had a good view of the grazing field.

We would have loved to see a few more basic things in the kitchen like olive oil. Also, you should be aware that if you don't have a car, the apartment is quite hard to reach (bus only goes three times a day) and there is no supermarket nearby (activity center was closed because it was in the summer).

We had a very nice stay at Nordseter apartments. We had the apartment with one of the best views of all and we could sit outside in the evening sun on our terrace, which was amazing. The sauna was really nice and the beds were comfortable. The location was great to start a variety of really nice hikes.

Bathroom a bit dated and lack of balcony furniture. We were given incorrect information on availability for dinner/breakfast prior to arrival.

The location, comfort of the facilities and the beautifully sunny balcony to be enjoyed after a day of skiing.
