You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CanadaUnlike our previous stay here two weeks earlier, our room was across the street from the lobby in the other half of their hotel. We did not see a single soul over there other than a maintenance person the whole time we were there (one night). A little creepy.

Convenient location easy walking distance to the cruise terminal, Bryggen, and the Floibanen Funicular. Breakfast buffet was expansive and in a large room, so much better layout than other places we’ve been. Staff was very friendly, they let us store our luggage until 5:00 PM and called a minivan taxi to transport us to the terminal.

NorwayIt was close to midnight very noisy from outside and children running to the corridor and screaming. The toilet room was not impressive and floor was very cold and there was no carpet on the floor. Avoid late breakfast specially saturday and sunday so you well not stand in a long que. Sitting with so close to another table were they could put used plates, glasses and spoons from the customer was not good at all.
Breakfast was excellent. Rooms are big enough for two persons. Close to the center and St.Paul church. It is a good location specially to restaurant .

LithuaniaIt would have been nice to have a kettle in the room to warm up after the cold rainy day in Bergen. But it was possible to make tea in the coffee machine near the reception which is free for quests so I guess it's still a good option.
Very good hotel. Our room was quite spacious and modern. The window opens which lets some fresh air in the room. (Good option instead of air con). Breakfast has a lot of options, fresh and tasty. The facilities are clean, the staff is great. Would stay there again.
