It is a pretty typical hotel/room.

It is in center of town and is used as a landmark and starting point for tours. Although our room was only on the 3rd floor still had a great view of the mountain. Nice breakfast and restaurant.

It didn't seem very clean. The room never got checked. I was there for three nights and never got my bed made. Never got extra towels. Nothing like that.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the sheets not of good quality. Also very little cupboards with no shelving.

Views from this hotel are spectacular due to panoramic windows. Very good breakfast

There is something that most of the hotels ignore and I mention in every survey. There must be an LED clock in the room!

Breakfast was good, with some Norwegian specialities. The room was good enough for one, with an incredible view. The personnel were extremely friendly.

The gym is narrow and poky and unfortunately there is no sauna in the hotel (we knew it). It is very sad to find an embalmed wolf at the reception.

The view from the windows of our room was terrific. The hotel is located by the side of the fjord and the bar at the top of the hotel is very nice and with kind staff. The breakfast was really interesting and with some vegan options.

Hotel itself is WOW. Breakfast exceed our expectations, the variety and quality of food is amazing. Staff which is taking care about breakfast buffet is absolutely gorgeous. Bar at the top floor is a great bonus and serve tasty drinks with amazing view.

The breakfast is excellent. I loved smoked salmon and they have plenty of it. The coffee is so so but you will find that at every hotels. The room is great. The size is just enough for us and the view is also interesting. It is very close to the shopping mall, so it is great if you want to find something to eat. The people at the front office and the breakfast area are great.

The hotel had so many great amenities. The breakfast was amazing. It's easy to get to the ski slopes by bus, and it's a cozy place to return to and enjoy the nearby restaurants. At the end of the night, the rooftop bar is great for a night cap.

We have requested a high floor room but got the 4th floor out of 16... the bed was something else. if 1 person moves the whole bed moves (no kidding my side would be almost jumping when my partner was moving). havent seen anything like that. also, pls change hooks in the bathroom, as during 7night stay i picked up towels from the floor good 15 times no exaduration. the food on NYs eve was waited for about 1.5h and came mostly cold - even cesar salad came after at least 1h. i completely understand it is a busy night, but everyone knew it would be, wouldnt they?

big hotel with a nice rooftop bar. very good breakfast. if you are by car, do ask reception about longer term parking possibility as it is all super misleading in the parking itself. the personnel at the rooftop bar did everything they could to keep the guests happy on NYs. Thank you for that !!

The location of this hotel is good. While having your morning coffee in the breakfast area you have a great view, the mountain does not seem far away.

The coffee was below par. I drink filter coffee or Americano and none of it was good. We made our own coffee with a cafetiere we brought and our own coffee which was much nicer. This wasn't a major issue but as you wanted me to tell you what I didn't like, so I did.

The breakfast was superb. great food like the salmon, the bread, the fruit, all of it apart from the coffee. the room was clean, comfortable, spacious and the view was fantastic even though I thought I had booked seas view but the mountain and city view was great as well. The fact that we had close access to the War museum which was an eye opening experience added to the great value of the stay.

If I have to name something, it would be that parking isn't free. However, parking is conveniently located right underneath the property.

Beautiful property. I was put in the fifteenth floor (was even asked whether I'd like to be put in a high floor), which gave me a great view over the city. Awesome breakfast as per usual.

If hotel is having large group of people same time, they should get two people to work in reservations. Big group didn’t have to wait and theirs manager did get over our turn. When we did get the check-in, we did have to wait elevator 0,5 hour. All this ( just check-in ) did take over 1 hour. You don’t have slippers or the jacket after shower. Even that was listed. I was trying to get messages from them, they didn’t answer at all. Finally i did get answer after two days our drip, it said “.” Even answer “sorry” should be normal behavior.

It was not very clean. The restaurant was dusty and dining there was not a very pleasant experience. The lobby had its rugs all over the place and was a bit dirty. There were no free parking.

The room itself was quite nice and we had good sleep.
