We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

NorwayRoom 126 didn't match pictures. Should of been bunk beds but instead was a pullout bed. So room was made small for family.. Bathroom was tiny. Was no view. Roof from outside bare covered window.

NorwayPillows in bed was ridiculously large. No soap neither in the womens’ nor the mens’ wardrobe showers for the pool area. One can only imagine how dirty that pool is. Very overpriced dinner buffet. The food was not even close to giving us value for money.
Breakfast was very good, also the rooms were very clean and this hotel has some great facilities for children and is located only a short walking distance from the Zoo. Free parking and free icecream for every child when checking in.
