The cabins are really close to each other. The shower in the public areas only comes with cold water if you do not have coins with you.

Clean cabin and common facilities. Walking distance from the village. A nice nature trail starts right next to the camping area.

We got a small cabin and it was sufficient for one night. Had a fridge and heater and we paid a small fee for linen. Kitchen and toilet facilities were nearby and clean. Has a rustic appeal and pretty cheap Sjoholt is a lovely area and we could walk into town.

There isn't much to do around the camping. For us that was fine since we were only there for one night, but I wouldn't have want to stay at the camping longer than we did even though the facilities are fine.

We were doing a road trip and the camping was on the route we were taking. There was a double booking so the cabin we booked was already taken, instead we got two cabins connected to each other which was perfectly fine.

You have to pay shower with hot water. The curtains in the room were not covering all of the windows. The mattress was not straight.

Some of kitchen appliances didn't work. Some lights were out. Looked like minor repairs haven't been done in a while.

There's not much of a view from the rooms, but there are nice views in the area All the chairs on the balcony had cracks Reception opening hours is 15-20

It's fairly close to the center of Sjøholt with a grocery store, gas station and restaurant. The views by the fjord are stunning.

Inside there are two armchairs instead of four chairs, so it was quite impossible to have breakfast together. Furnitures are not sufficient, we asked to other people for a pot to cook a pasta. There is no mini market, essential to arrive already prepared. The common kitchen was not so clean, as the common bathroom, only two for women with two small sinks, no place to lay the beauty-case or towels.

The cottage is essential, nice to see and with four bunk beds. Also there was a table outside with four chairs to have a common meal together. At the reception they gave us bed linen for all without extra costs. The bathroom is bot in the cottage but the common building was not far from us.

when I got to the place the reseption been closed and I can't find the room key , we search all the place for 30 min and call and whatsapped number of time to the place contact numbers on the door but without answer (someone call me back 2 hours after). we search all the place again and we sow a old women in one of the windows we call for the women and she tell us to call the number on the door and she not know . I try again the number no answer , we been ready to leave to search a place to stay for tonight. the old lady get to get to us and sad she going to try to help us . she find our booking and check us in , give us akey from return keys box. To the old women thank you . To the owner of this place itws not ok to forget to prepare and at list live akey for poor souls that booked a stay in our camping

Terrible! Bedbugs everywhere. I couldn't sleep whole night because of bedbugs. Now the day after, I got bite marks everywhere. This is ridiculous.

Toilet broken door. Hot water in one of the bathroom was not working. Out of toilet paper. Kitchen stove was not working. It does not worth to stay in the place.

Only positive experience! :)

We were staying there only for one night and are very pleased with our stay there! 😊 Can highly recommend it- good value for money! Very freshly renovated house which has been painted over in white and light green colour, new wooden floor, a bunk bed for 3 people! Fresh bedding and matrases (bring your own bedding as we had our own and we are unsure if they provide for the extra charge, probably they do as camping is on a relatively high level), a kitchen table with 3 chairs, a kitchenette has everything to cook your own food, small fridge, cattle, dishes, two windows which is fantastic to have in a hot summer day, huge porch towards sun all the day - has three chairs with a table but would even fit in sun chairs. Parking is available directly near the house. Common toilets, shower and a bigger kitchen are available and are equipped with everything, fresh and clean. For the shower you need coins of 10 krona which run shower for 6 mins. Two shower cabins for women and two for men. We never experienced a queue. We have only good experience with this camping and can highly recommend it! ♥️
