The bathroom is tiny and we got the floor wet due to the shower design. Would be great to offer breakfast past 10am because aurora hunting can go really late. The rooftop bar was closed on the days we were there, which we knew ahead of time, but it would have been nice to have access to it so you could try to see northern lights from there.

Some of the staff on reception I would say are cold and I was told on check in that bookings.com miss sold us our room and even though it says its for two people it isn't and we had to pay extra for a larger room. If this is true it needs to be rectified.

Location is perfect especially if you have tours booked as the meeting points are always within a few minutes walk. Breakfast was great with a big selection and the rooms where small with everything you need.

We had booked a Deluxe Double Room which was a little on the small side. The bathroom had a wet room type set up which did leave the floor area in front of the wash basins and toilet section wet.

The location of the hotel is perfect, sat on the waters edge with a great vista but only a short 2 minute walk to the town/harbour area where there are plenty of restaurants/bars and shops. We had booked a Deluxe Double Room, the beds and linen were extremely comfortable. The breakfast selection was one of the best I've encountered. A vast selection of everything you could want, hot & cold, all fresh and good quality produce. The staff were very friendly and helpful and there was a tablet in the Reception Area so you could order a taxi, very helpful.

The temperature of the room is a little cool, a little more heat would be appreciated with the cold it is on the street.

Wonderful breakfast, with vegan options and very varied. The staff was very friendly and the location was very central, which is not difficult in Tromso, since everything is central. Next to the pier, which is perfect if you are going to or coming from a cruise.

Rooms were very small. Terrace and Skybar are closed on Sunday & Monday. We were asked to pay for the room both on checkin and checkout, despite having already paid on Booking.

Great location, Great location in the city center, close to where all tours start. Absolutely fabulous breakfast + coffee & tea 24/7. You can also access the terrace on the 11th floor for free as a guest.

Fabulous modern hotel, good central location in Tromso. Very friendly staff, both on reception and in the breakfast/restaurant area. Our superior double room was on the top floor (12th) with an amazing view of the water, mountains, etc. The breakfast buffet is first class with an endless choice of hot and cold options, also a lovely chef who'll prepare a fresh omelette with your choice of ingredients if you want. Would definitely stay here again.

There was only two coffee machines at breakfast that provided cappuccino/ latte… which meant a long queue each morning! And there was no milk (creamer doesn’t count) in the bedroom tea/ coffee facilities.

Loved the location and the rooms. Bed was extremely comfortable! Choice of food at breakfast was great.. especially the gluten free/ allergy corner!
