There wasn't anything to dislike

The hotel allowed us early check-in and free airport transfer. They prepared us lunch boxes for our early breakfast on our way to field visits. All staff was very helpful polite and courteous.

We stayed at this hotel and, honestly, the service was the star of the show. Here's what we loved: The team at the hotel went above and beyond. From speedy check-ins to super-responsive room service, really made us feel at home. Thanks so much. The food was a hit, especially the Nepalese dishes. We tried the Daal Bhat Tarkari and the Newari Khaja Set. Both were packed with flavor and gave us a real taste of Nepal. The hotel's spot is perfect for sightseeing and still keeps things nice and quiet when you want to unwind. We were super happy with our stay. Best wish to all the staff.❤

Beautiful property, wonderful restaurants, the entire staff was professional and friendly. My room was very comfortable and the decor was warm and pleasing, very quiet. I really enjoyed my stay here and I would definitely book again.

Everything: room was amazing, all staff (reception, restaurant and cafe waiters, dancers, housekeeping, people outside of the door) were exceptional, kind, helpful, perfect. We left at 4:30am, and they provided a great breakfast to go, perfectly packed and freshly made. The room with spa was comfortable, clean and beautiful. Best property and staff ever

It is situated in a very busy area and almost impossible to walk around due to traffic and pollution. But very close to areas of interest

The staff was very proactive. Mr Uddav and Mr Pramod stood out. The breakfast had a fair spread but everything was made available as requested. The restaurant was nice with good food and portions.. Modern facilities amidst traditional charm

Never received our wake up call the morning we were leaving for an early flight. Fortunately we woke up on our own.

Generally all great. In clean, safe central government office area, so need taxi to visit any Kathmandu tourist spots but hotel helpful about it. Taxis in Kathmandu are inexpensive.

Great breakfast, allowed for many fresh items. Although service was great first day and alright next day. Choices nevertheless made for great stuff. Great nepalese dance program on terrace restaurant. Unique charm and feel like visiting Nepal unlike corporate kind of hotels. Great travel desk - Uddav was super helpful. They even booked $700 tickets with understanding to pay after the flight. Spa, massage clean and satisfactory. Super clean airport transfer vehicles.

The shower overflowed but, other than this, the room was perfect .

Beautiful design - reminiscent of Nepalese architecture. Staff were attentive and went above and beyond to help. Good breakfast and dining area open all day. Room was quiet and extremely comfortable.

Hotel rooms are excellent, but there are too many lights to master them in few days when staying in the hotel. I believe there is no need to have so many options for lightening the beautiful rooms :)

The staff was really helpful and the food in restaurants is just great. Real experience. The hotel also organizes dancing performances every evening in the hotel and this is excellent for those with limited time in Kathmandu. The decoration and clearness of the hotel are both perfect. The hotel room was really quiet and I could sleep and work. Wi-fi is very good and I would love to come again.
