Unfortunately, the room does not have a wardrobe or even hooks or hangers on the wall. so all the clothes had to be put simply on the bag. also there was no air conditioning or fan in the room.

the hotel is located in an excellent location, on a quiet street 200 meters from the Boudhanath stupa. There is hot water in the shower all the time, which is very important. welcoming and friendly staff.

Breakfast was below average, although I felt like they didn't usually do breakfast as no one else was eating. Not much atmosphere in the hotel but could be really nice with more travellers staying.

Nice hotel with lots of greenery and views from the rooftop to the stupa. The room was nice and clean and the water very hot. Location about a 5 min walk to the stupa area.

It all turned out great, as I was quickly given a suite - which was large and very comfortable, at a reduced rate - when the apartment I had originally booked did not have air conditioning as advertised. (The management said this was an error on the booking site, which they rectified). It was so nice that I decided to spend my entire stay here, which was 11 nights (had initially booked just 2 nights).

The staff went out of its way to accommodate, and were very friendly and helpful. The bed was among the most comfortable ever.... The property is located in a lovely garden, is quiet and peaceful, and just a few minutes' walk from the Boudhanath Stupa. A beautiful place to relax!

As an environmentally aware person, I appreciated that apart from a small bar of soap, they didn’t put other travel size unnecessary hygiene products in the bathroom. They offer breakfast a la carte instead of buffet (do I need to explain about food waste and other cons of buffet?) I also preferred breakfast not to be included in the price of the room, since I checked out before 5 am. Lovely inner yard with hibiscus, bamboo and other plants. It is relatively peaceful inside, despite being located close to a busy road. Clean room and bathroom. Friendly and helpful, yet at the same time not intrusive staff. On request, they made my meals without chillies.

The location is just perfect! Short walk from Bouddha Stupa. The garden is so beautiful with lots of flowers and birds. The breakfast is super nice and the staff amazing, nice and friendly.

Behaviour of the main manager (or owner) - First of all they gave me a wrong room with many facilities missing as mentioned while booking. On top of that he said that a better room has been provided. He mentioned that he is kind enough to offer me the room at less price, although at same date, same room was available at a price lesser than I paid. I felt that he was more willing to serve customers who came from certain countries with certain background. Wrong room was given to me with no view, no balcony, no toiletries, no tea/coffee maker. These were supposed to be arranged as per my booking. Water bottles I had to ask each day and two were provided for booking of three people. Nobody cleaned the room at all. They have just one person who is at reception and who takes food orders and stay there 24 hours. Exhaust in the washroom was not working. Light in the walking area just outside my room was not working. I was informed that they will give me the original room as per the booking after first day of stay. it never happened. I booked this hotel for three nights. There was a power cut for two hours. One hour we stayed in the darkness. For the next hour three candles were provided. Most of the hotel was still having some sort of electricity supply. There is no sound proofing at all. Anybody who talked anywhere out of their room was heard inside my room - loud and clear. This was very disturbing. A tip - They have two parts of building. If they provide you room in the building just behind the reception. That is probably nicer. And if it is provided in the buiding to the right side of the reception area, then you should check and verify first. Others might have better experience. But this was mine which was not good at all.

Location is very good. Close to Boudhanath temple. The staff at the reception, a young lad, is very helpful.

There is nothing I didn't like.

The staff were extremely helpful and even more friendly. I had a late flight and they looked after my bag after check-out, while I did my last exploration before flying home. They also allowed me to go back to the room and have a shower before the airport, this was late in the evening and they charged me nothing. The rooms are spotless and the beds are very comfortable. The bathroom was good, if this is your first place in Nepal, it is totally normal for hot water to take a while to come through. Turn the shower on and brush your teeth, when you've finished, the water should be perfect. Again, this is absolutely standard in Nepal, please don't forget that. The staff were unbelievably helpful and friendly, I won't forget Maya or Hupsingh (apologies if I've spelled that wrong) especially.
